No, it won't happen. I used 13 cans to build the frame of a 20-foot boat trailer. This stuff isn't going to get you very far.
Yes. You must sand.
It dries out like a truck's bedliner. It's extremely difficult.
If you use an adhesion promoter before spraying the raptor aerosol on plastic, you should have no problems.

To spray my trailer, I bought a four-pack. With half of the product left in two of the four cans, they stopped spraying. In other words, I got a one-out-of-four! br>br>After contacting the vendor, I received two replacement cans, for which I have updated my rating. They were extremely pleasant to work with and extremely accommodating.
I liked it so much that I bought another four. pack. It's simple to use and put into practice. This worked perfectly for painting a steel bumper on my truck. User tip: Shake vigorously Stay at least 12 inches from the ground. This will prevent the appearance of dripping or running. That was something I had to learn the hard way. Caution: br>br> This item is only suitable for small projects. You can't get very far with just one can. I would recommend the air compressor kits if you intend to spray anything larger than a bumper.
This stuff is incredible! I didn't need to use two cans for each side step, but I did. My cousin and I sanded the hell out of the side steps' plastic, as well as the metal. And, believe it or not, we were finished in about an hour. We learned how to use it by watching a YouTube video. It's very simple, but you'll need patience, and the more prep work you do, the easier it will be to sand it down. This is something I would recommend to anyone who wants to do the same with their project.
I'm not sure what's in the can, but it's pretty good. My only complaint is that it's not cheaper.
This helped me get rid of some rust in my wheel wells and on my frame. Remove any rust you can and prime with a good rust-killing primer before applying the paint. It did a great job for what I needed it to do. My only gripe is that a can of this stuff doesn't last very long. It would most likely take 8 to 10 hours. To make a full-size bed, you'll need ten cans. I believe gallon kits applied with a brush or an air gun would be more appropriate for this. My frame and rear wheel wells were barely covered by four cans. Overall, I would recommend it; however, make sure you purchase enough for your project.
This is an incredible product. The black textured finish is super even and consistent, and I followed all of the instructions to the letter. I purchased four cans to complete my roof rack because they empty quickly. To get perfect coverage, I had to buy two more cans. Underneath, I used the grey raptor primer to make any gaps in coverage stand out. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. I'm glad I chose to do it myself rather than hire a professional. It's well worth the money! br>br>.
It's less expensive than powder-coating it.
This is what I did with my truck's toolbox. It appears to be good, but only time will tell. For the small amount of material you get out of it, these cans are extremely expensive. I'll just get the kit for medium to large projects next time.
