I bought a fuel injector cleaner as my very first product from STP. In my life, I had never used any kind of fuel additive so I decided to give it a try. But as I read the description, I was intrigued. I wished there had been more to it, so I turned to this product. In the future I plan to use this STP ultra after I change my oil. My check engine light came on in the middle of the week as I drove home. A code of P0399 was displayed. My check engine light has been on for a few days now and I looked it up. It seems the crank position sensor is the problem. Furthermore, there was the code P0420 as well. CataClean is a cleaner for catalytic converters and I bought it at Autozone to clean mine. Towards the end of the week, I finally got my oil changed. Using the bottle when the gas tank is half full is the recommended method. A full tank of gas is in my car. In the afternoon, I decided to pour this stuff into my gas tank. After I noticed the check engine light suddenly went off on the dashboard, it took me a while to realize what had happened. There is a 2011 Subaru Outback 3 in my possession. There are 153k on this 6R. The plugs were supposed to be changed after 90k miles. This is not what I did.
