It is made in the United States if you receive part 1329467 243. However, a part made in India or a part made in China may be available. Upon further investigation, I discovered that Henkel operates factories in both countries and labels the Loctite 243 with different part numbers in each. I also called the US factory, which would only say that the US version is the only North American authorized supplier, but would not say if the others were fake, despite my repeated requests. This led me to believe that it is legal to distribute in those areas, but that it is not N/A. br>On my bottle, there was a sticker with the number 1329467 that covered the Indian text. For each country, there are also different images on the bottle. On a 14mm bolt/nut, the product performed admirably in my automotive application. It was thick, easy to apply, and stayed in place for the most part; it took about an hour to set up. The next day, I had to remove the nut, and the Loctite did exactly what I expected, dragging the nut all the way to the end of the threads, just like the metal deformation locknut it replaced. Good product at a low cost; I would use it again in the future.
There is nothing to be concerned about. You may place your own order and inspect it. This is 100 % original product made in the United Kingdom. Made in the United Kingdom.
243 cures slightly faster and is less sensitive to the cleanliness of the surface. For medium-strength applications, this is a better option than 242.
It's the same thing.

When I first saw this product, I thought to myself, "Wow, that's a big bottle. " I double-checked the label and confirmed that it was 50 mL, or slightly more than 1 1/2 oz. The Locktight is designed with enough headroom in the bottle that you can shake it to thoroughly mix it. The product is ideal for items that will be dismantled in the future. Before using anything, make sure it's clean.
I have no idea if this is genuine Loctite. Mine is on its way from India and should arrive in about a month. The description made no mention of this. Others complain that their bottles are nearly empty, to which the response is that the bottle should be shaken to allow the Loctite to mix more thoroughly. I've used a lot of Loctite over the years, but none of my other bottles have needed it. So. the bottom line Be cautious when purchasing something online.
I'm not sure if it's the real thing or if it's just dried out. There was only a third of the bottle left, and there was no seal. I'm not sure if this is a genuine product or a knockoff.
I was initially concerned that the formula had changed since I last purchased it ten years ago. In comparison to opaque, thick, and bright blue, it was thin, translucent, and messy. I'd discovered that getting the solids back into suspension necessitates a ridiculously long mix, after which it appears to be the good ol' thread lock I remember. To aid in the mixing, I tossed in a small glass marble. Because there's so much in the bottle, I won't be able to completely invert it and block the nozzle - Furthermore, it will gush out too quickly, completely inverted. TLDR: TLDR: TLDR: TLDR: TLDR: TLDR: TLDR: TLDR It works well, but requires a lot of shaking time. The snap cap keeps it cleaner than the screw-on cap of small tubes, and it performs as expected. Threads are kept where you want them, but they can be removed.
69OZ. I received this product in a timely manner. I was right when I said it didn't seem to be nearly full. I only looked at 25% volume in the bottle. There are several reasons for this, but 50ml equals one. 69 OZ. The bottle had a barcode label on it that said. 50ml 69 OZ What's the difference between a typo and a jip? Other loctite bottles have a 50ml mark on them. On the bottle, there is a 69-ounce capacity. There are no barcodes that are stuck to the floor. I wish I had a small scale so I could weigh it and return it if it was less than 50ml. The image and description, in my opinion, are a little deceptive. You think you're getting a nearly full bottle for the price, but I'll buy it somewhere else next time, most likely at a store where I can see if the bottle is full.
Until I got my hands on it, I thought I'd gotten a great deal. My son was the first to get to it, and he used some of it (2 drops), so he is not returning it. But I had gone to the hardware store to price it and other items, and this price was 25% less, but the container I received was only 1/2 full in comparison to the% Maybe it's just my imagination, but perception is almost always accurate.
Imagine yourself five miles from home, on the far side of a field, with a critical fastener that you just replaced last month vibrating out, causing you to come to a complete stop. A single drop of Loctite Blue, which costs only a few cents, could have prevented this. Buy it. Use it. You will not be disappointed.
I'm pretty sure this was an open bottle because it wasn't even half-full and had no seal.
