A heater core leak can be a difficult problem to resolve. I think so, but no. That ought to be the case

Is it possible for tablets to clog the radiator or any other system in an SUV?

My guess is that neither this product nor any others will clog radiators, hoses, or heater cores My vehicle is a GM V-twin, so I wanted to purchase this product With the V-8 car from 2003, these tablets are added to the coolant both by the manufacturer during assembly and by the dealer when it is time to change the coolant. The manufacturer lists these tablets as a requirement to prevent further trouble in the cooling system. The cooling system has been operating fine since day one with these tablets in the coolant. These tablets are composed of very finely ground walnut shells and are not made from

It was the first program I used to restore cars for a living, and I have been using it since the 1990s It ises. As of now, I am working on a 1968 Corvette, which had sat outside since 1989 and the carburetor and top end were totally rusted out I needed everything rebuilt. There were two big radiator leaks and I didn't want to repair it now because I just wanted to check the engine. I ground up 6 tablets, poured the mixture in, and after 10 minutes of There's a lot of air flow in the radiator, and it doesn't get too hot Best of all.

My leak has been stopped
4/5

The leaky crossover pipe on my 02 old's intrigue with the 3 has been bothering me for a long time. The shortstar engine has a drop of coolant about the size of a baseball in the There was no problem except that I had to top off my coolant when my low coolant light would come on. Quite a few of these are dissolving in coolant, so I have poured it in my upper hose since, no, I am not trying to replace the I have taken care of the leak. Around 2. 30 the timer goes off. After 5 years I noticed a leak return the size of a half dollar. You don't need to worry about anything.

Put the liquid form to use
3/5

A hole the size of a pin needed to be sealed with this. According to the directions, I was to insert it into the filler. It is difficult to fit enough pellets into the filler opening because the pellets are so large. It only took me five minutes to fill out the form. I ran it for a period of 10/15 minutes. After she went to work the next day, the wife found that the upper hose had blown off on the way home. I noticed the pellets had just stayed in the filler neck when I got there and started looking at it. In order to fill up the hole, I needed a screwdriver to open The liquid would probably be the best choice if I had to do it again.

This product is great
4/5

It does what it promises to do. Provides a quick and easy way to repair small leaks that are difficult to locate. My first two cars (after extensive cooling system work including water pumps, thermostats, etc) were equipped with two tablets and they worked flawlessly. Overheating will occur as a result of leaks in the pressure system).

This is a good preventative that I have used as a preventative in a number of GM vehicles for There is no guarantee it will stop a squirting leak
5/5

However, it can prevent pinhole leaks and seepage around gaskets and O-rings I believe in rings. To prevent nuisance leaks in my vehicles, I use this product every time I drive. Breaking up the tablets with a hammer and mixing them with coolant are two of the ways I mix the tablets, rather than just dropping the entire As a preventative maintenance tool, it works well. If you expect it to be a miracle cure, you should not expect it to be a miracle cure It's going to be a disappointment to pay so much for a leak that's so significant. In order to fix the problem you must identify what is wrong.

There are good, even great, things about them
5/5

I have tried pretty much every other radiator stopper out there Before this, there was a leak solution. This is the cheapest solution, so surely it will not work! This is exactly what I thought. Once you've got them, put them all in a large glass mason jar, add HOT TAP WATER in small increments, and stir them well, then add them to your cooling system (directly into the radiator, if you can). Just run your car for the recommended cycle on the package, and be amazed what you will discover From a major leak in my radiator to barely any leak at all, it took quite some time. Although I still ended up having my radiator replaced, this malfunction did cost me some money All other types of solution failed after only a month, but the $10 solution lasted an additional month.

A rapid stop of a radiator leak was achieved
5/5

This pellet mix has been installed with a fresh charge of 50/50 antifreeze mix after the system was drained and flushed. As soon as the leak was identified in the radiator, it was sealed. There is another small leak in the block core that has been there for quite some time - A seal was also formed around the plug. The result is very pleasing for me.

Small leaks are easily repaired with this method
5/5

Taking precautions against small leaks in your cooling system, such as leaks from the housing gasket or the seams in the radiator, will help make your system more efficient. There is no chance that it will clog anything up or seal a large leak, like an expansion plug that has rotted out.
