Seam sealer of exceptional quality. Although not brushable, it is extremely easy to apply with a flexible putty knife and comes highly recommended. It's far superior to tube food.
Read reviews that stated it requires a spreader or putty knife to apply it, but I had excellent results using a 2inch chip brush (cheap paint brush) and cutting 5 It went off without a hitch. After replacing the floors and digging out all of the factory sealer from the cab, I used this product to seal all of the seams in a 1975 K10.
Aside from the application method, I like the product because it has good adhesive strength and the consistency was thicker than I expected, which worked well for me. I used a putty knife to apply it, which was a little messy but got the job done. The speed with which it crusted astounded me. After a couple of hours, I was able to step on it without tracking it. Yes, I would suggest it for panel sealing. br>br>.
It hardens into a rubbery surface when dry. When I run out of this, I'll buy it again!.
Overnight, the sealer completely dries. The passenger compartment looks and feels better than it has in the last 55 years, thanks to the insulating sheets. Thank you, br>.
Use a puddy knife or a plastic spreader to help speed up the drying process. After welding in all replacement panels, I used this to seal out any water and mud on my xj jeep floor pans and rear interior seams.
It was a thick material that was easy to work with.
The hinge pocket in the A pillar of my 1956 Pontiac was sealed with this. It was a huge success.
