am aware that this is an old question, but I have found that Zymol HD Cleanse works well for removing bird crap. According to the instructions, you should use it. The process takes some elbow grease, however it is far faster than using a light cut polish on a machine.
Mildew is not one of its strong suits, but it does an amazing job of removing road film and restoring the paint to a silky smooth finish. A number of stains, such as small rust spots, have been removed by using
As far as quality goes, I would give it a Because the packaging says the paint cleaning clay does not remove wax from painted surfaces, it is a medium quality clay.

A dirty car is a pain to drive. Who wants a dirty car? Over the years that I have been driving, I have owned probably 20 cars I have anything and everything from a 1965 Rambler to a 1967 VW Camper to a 1997 It was 1982 1) Vespa P200E to an '85 Mercedes wagon and to a '85 Mercedes 300D I have always enjoyed cleaning my vehicles by hand, from a '73 BMW 2002 to an '01 E46 M3, and the list goes on. I felt safe in the knowledge I was doing it correctly and thoroughly every time. *Boy, did I get it all It's OK, I didn't do anything wrong. Nevertheless, there was definitely a step I had missed. Just having used this clay bar for the first time on my current car, I can tell you that it was a huge step forward.
Normally, I would go through the whole wash, dry, wax, buff process and at the end, I would think, "Yea, that looks good. ".
I didn't realize how much better all those cars could have looked for all those years if I had known about these clay bars in the beginning. Let me tell you, really - There are two sides to this coin. There was a surprising amount of material that I was able to remove from the paint with just a small amount of clay (maybe 20% of what was in this container). A lot of the stuff I felt, but couldn't see, was invisible. As well as the finish going from a bit bumpy to smoother after a car wash (the car cover now requires more tension when you're trying to unfold it because unless the car covers are perfectly centered it skips) but now the paint looks better than ever Compared to the original, the color is sharper and You have to see it to believe it. There are so many benefits to using clay on your car that I cannot sum them up. Get your car clayed and take the time to do it. This is a must-see movie. You won't regret it. To wash your car, you need to wash it regularly unless you can run your hand over the paint and have it feel as smooth as silk. There is no other way to define it.
It's the end of the game.
When clay cleaning painted surfaces for the first time, you will want to take out contamination you cannot see but can feel from the surface. In order to facilitate the process and avoid scratching the paint, it is recommended to use a lubricant. I have tried a number of kits for this purpose that have been on the market for years. In this item you can only get the clay, not the kit. But it is more superior than a kit because there is enough clay to last a long time assuming the container is airtight and does not allow moisture to escape from the clay. As far as clay brands go, this brand doesn't perform better or worse than other brands, On the other hand, with this you do not have to pay for accessories like finishing cloths that are part of kits but are of low quality and end up in the trash after being The most clay that a retail customer will buy in a single package is probably quite a bit You did a good job. I suggest that if you want superior results with this item and your finish, you should buy a large bottle of Meguiar's Quick Detailer to use as a lubricant (much cheaper than Griot's). When you've finished wiping up the lubricant, use microfiber cloths. After applying the paste wax, follow up with a coat of Meguiar's Gold Class Paste (polymer) wax and wipe off excess wax. From having used a variety of waxes, the aforementioned is the one I have found to be the most durable. There are a few products from Griot's which are better than others on the market, but most of them have similar quality. It's not necessary to pay for fancy packaging you might throw away anyway, so why bother? Before you begin the clay process, make sure the car is clean and washed. I would like you to remember just one thing from what I mentioned Don't purchase this item because of the quality (average), but rather because of the quantity (outstanding).
It is helpful to wear rubber gloves, but it is not mandatory. You can get some clay and Speed Shine plus microfiber towels for a good price. This and some of the Griot's documents were incorporated into my composition The step sealant I put on my 4Runner last weekend is wearing out. Clay did a great job of removing a lot of years' worth of gunk, revealing paint that was glass-like and clear Before the wax is applied, the skin is smooth. I have attached a picture of the finished driver's side of the car, after it has been clayed and sealed. I found the rubber gloves to be useful in holding onto the claybar, though they were not necessary to apply the claybar. In the past, when I applied clay, I occasionally dropped a piece on the ground (and then had to throw it away and start again). Rubber gloves held onto the clay pretty well, so I managed to get through it with just a couple of pieces. The sealant and this product will be used on my other car. It looks good on both.
I have never done any clay barring, but unfortunately I will never have an opportunity again. Even though I keep my cars really clean, I overlooked the fact that a car wash leaves tons of contaminants behind even if you are pretty thorough. Despite their appearance, my cars weren't as clean as they appeared. After watching a Griot's video, I learned you can feel contaminants once you rub the paint gently with a sandwich or freezer bag wrapped all the way around your hand. What felt smooth with my fingers was detectable with a The clay bars on two of my vehicles were to the point where they felt waxy smooth, almost to the point of feeling Fortunately, I didn't need a polish, so I sprayed my hands with a three in one ceramic wax spray from the same brand. As a rule of thumb, I prefer not to clay bar my car because the results were perfect. You can find out everything you need to know from a video. My words don't come often, but I'll say this The thumbs up are in order. The five-star rating should be enough to entice you to buy it.
The mess is awful! I had to scrub my hands for 30 minutes after I had been cleaning the vehicle. I couldn't get all of it off, and it's a very very difficult process to remove it. After taking a shower and washing my hands more, there is still some on my fingers as I type this. I will not be buying this product again. I believe that the clay should be firm and dense, but pliable as well. It doesn't do that, so I'll be returning it. Going forward, I'll resort back to using the clay bar system of Wolfgang.
