It does, however, give a gleam
4/5

It shines nicely, but I've noticed tiny specks of residue all over my windows, windshield, and window trims. I'm not sure if it's because my car is left outside overnight, and the water that collects on it interferes with the ceramic property/ingredient in the spray. It's probably better for someone who parks their car in the garage after driving or washing it.

The product was not the same as the first order, which was disappointing
3/5

This is my second order, and it doesn't appear to be any different than the first. This order's color is noticeably lighter, as if it had been diluted. I was a little let down. It just doesn't seem the same after application; the smoothness isn't the same, and it doesn't last as long; the water beading isn't as good as the first order. I'm not sure if I'll order again because of this.

It works! This product is better than advertised; I'm a detailer, so I look for high-quality products that actually work; this is the best ceramic spray wax I've used; it repels water well and keeps your car looking like it's been washed for a long time; I'd recommend it; it's worth the money I paid

I purchased it because of the positive reviews and the desire to enjoy it
3/5

The "ceramic" sprays have always made me nervous. Every one I've owned, from hydrosilex to shine armor to Adam's, has acted in the same manner. Even when used sparingly (two sprays for an entire hood area because one spray cannot cover the entire hood), removing the haze requires a significant amount of effort. This one is no different, and I've owned quite a few Chemical Guys products, as in quite a few, because holy moly they have a product for literally everything, and they all claim to produce awesome protection and brilliant shine, which is their downfall because the marketing of the products makes it confusing for a customer who simply wants unbeatable protection and shine. Sorry for the rant. Anyway, I keep my car clean all the time; it's a black car that is always kept in the garage. When I first purchased the product, it produced a haze; I assumed it was due to the microfiber towels, so I purchased new ones. Was this of any assistance? NOPE. Then I realized I had a lot of product built up in my system. So I stripped the car, clayed it, parked it in the garage, and checked to see if it was still cool. I started working on it, and the same thing happened. It takes a lot of effort to get rid of the haze when you try to use it as sparingly as possible. Basically, I'm grinding so hard to get rid of the haze that I think I'm removing the product. Does water bead up? yes. Does it have a lustrous sheen to it? Yes, to some extent. Do either of these products last as long as any other non-ceramic product I've used, including other Chemical Guys products? No, but the non-ceramic products are a lot easier to use.

Which detailer is the best? I prefer to work smart rather than hard at 61, and I'm not a big fan of ceramics because it can 'lock in' a lot of surface imperfections
5/5

Ceramic coating does not make sense to me unless you do a time-consuming paint correction procedure on your paint job. Yet. I'm envious of the gleam of ceramics! That is no longer the case! This is the real deal when it comes to hydro speed ceramics. Everything was exactly as described! First, I use Chemical Guys' Better Wet Wax, and then I "wash" my car as needed with this product. Wow! I get a warm glow from carnubu wax, followed by a "light" ceramic application from hydro speed, which gives my Cayenne a nice shine without streaking. It's so good that I use it on my windows as well. I'll be finished in around 20 minutes! I'm happy with a car that has been washed and shined in a show room.

Love it
5/5

Just make sure you wipe it off completely or it will leave a difficult-to-remove residue. When it rains, I don't even need to use my wipers because the water just beads up and runs off. 7/1/21Update: The paint is looking great, and the water beads up and runs off easily. I'm still amazed that I can drive without using the wipers. The wipers are unable to keep up with the flow of water. Just in a state of shock.

Wow! Finally, a solid Ceramic product; I've tried a lot of them and each one has convinced me that it's the one
5/5

That is, until I bought this. . . . The fine mist helps with coverage from the bottle to the actual spray. My rims, windows, and windshield, as well as my car, were all done by me. The only drawback is that after all of that, I was only left with half of a bottle. Larger bottles must be sold. Or I'll have to buy a 5-gallon to refill my bottle. It outperformed three other brands I tried and purchased on Amazon! The paint was left with a wet paint appearance and a slick, smooth finish. It was well worth the money.

Ehhhhh
3/5

I adore chemical engineers, but this is the first time I've had a negative experience with one of their products. As a result, I am no longer using this product, which I had been using as a top coat for their carbon force. I've tried three different methods, and the car's ceramic coating rejects the spray no matter what I do. After 30 minutes, my car appears to have freckles from the product beading, as well as small white crystals stuck in the finish, which I believe are the freckles hardening. I'm in the market for a new topcoat.
