Most of the men who work on old cars are fat, old, and unsightly. Yes, you are correct. I know. If you fit that description and are afraid of mirrors, you should avoid using this wax because you will be able to see your reflection in your car's paint after using it. Medusa or anyone who is self-conscious about their appearance is not advised to use it.
I was initially skeptical because I am very picky about the products I use. I wasn't expecting much because I assumed it would be all hype and a waste of money, so I read some of the reviews and found the majority of them to be positive; to be honest, I wasn't expecting much because I assumed it would be all hype and a waste of money. Let me just say that this looks incredible when combined with black light. Putting it on and taking it off was a breeze. When I was finished and parked the car in direct sunlight, there was not a single streak, residue, smear, or flaw visible. I've been blown away. The paint had a wet mirror finish to it in terms of depth. When this runs out, I'll purchase again. For the best results, read all product instructions before using them on your car.
I bought it off the lot as a BLACK Mercedes AMG Lease with 40,000 miles on it and "cobweb" imperfections. It was clearly only ever used in those dreadful automatic car washes! Because the vehicle was glossy black, there were visible scratches all over it, which were caused by filthy roller "thingies" in car washes as well as harsh chemicals. In some cultures, a praying mantis is considered lucky. Well. Take a look for yourself. I gave him the moniker "Mr. Miyagi. " Wax on. Wax off. (From the movie The Karate Kid, released in 1984. ) He's "reflecting on things," so he's probably reminiscing about his past. All of this was done by hand; I have a couple of polishers, but I wanted to give this product a first try without them.
I waited until the weekend to try this product, so I washed the car, dried it, and made sure it was cool to the touch before applying the product in the garage (I skipped the claybar because it's a relatively new car with excellent paint). The application and removal of the product were both simple. That's pretty much the only thing that's good about it! The product left a cloudy haze after I removed it with a clean microfiber cloth, and I felt like my car was in better shape before I used it. I gave up after an hour of trying to remove that cloudy haze! I buffed it again after applying a coat of wax to it. I still don't think the car has the same gleam it had before I used this. I think I'll stick to wax for the time being. It was a complete waste of $20!.
I just finished using it for the first time (wash, clay bar, wet mirror finish, and finally carnuba wax). I'm not sure I've ever seen my car shine so brightly. I'm blown away by how nice this looks on my car. Definitely a 5 out of 5!.
As you can see, my photos do not do this product justice; I will have to update later with outside sunny photos to truly appreciate the incredible SHINEEEEE! I also did not receive a discount for this review, which I wish I had because I bought the big jug of it, but seriously, this stuff went on smooth and buffed off just as easily as it went on, leaving that type of shine when you drive around town on a nice day, and mind you, I have a gloss black paint, which we all know is difficult to keep looking pristine, and this stuff does the job hands down Highly recommend it.
I uploaded a photo; I was only able to upload one from my phone, but believe me when I say that this is a simple tool with excellent results. Yukon Yukon Yukon Yukon Yukon Yukon Yukon Yukon Yukon Yukon Yukon Yukon Yukon Yukon Yukon Yukon Yukon Yucon Yu To cover the vehicle, I used 15 and 20 on my rotary. Then I used my orbital to remove it. After that, I used butter wax to finish it off.
Let me begin by stating that I am a relatively new (within the last four months) (Car is black). I've taken good care of it so far and have a couple of Chemical Guys products, but with all of the other options on the market, I was a little skeptical at first. Regardless, my car was in good shape to begin with, but I had to start from scratch in order to give this product a chance. Wet mirror finish/CG Extreme Top Coat Sealant washed, dried, clayed, and polished. I'm here to say that this product had a positive impact on me, and what a finish it had. It used to look good to me, but now it looks fantastic. They are not kidding when they say I could brush my hair against the car's side. This is a fantastic product, and when this one runs out, I'll be purchasing another. It's simple to turn on and off, and it works on windows as well. This is an excellent item.
