It is recommended that you rinse with water to remove the bugs' acids. The BBG, in and of itself, does not appear to be harmful to me. During a strong rinse, all but the most baked-on bugs come loose, but some I have to rub with my fingernail. A good squeegie would almost certainly suffice. A small amount of water on the windshield aids in the activation of the substance. I think you'd have good luck with a spray bottle of water, one with BBG, and a little scrubby side of the squeegie.
It did not harm mine, which was a Harley Ultra Classic. Allow for a few minutes of soak time before rinsing it off.
That's correct. It's also possible to use warm water and Dawn dish soap.
I've used it to get love bugs out of the plastic headlight covers, and it works great.

After that, I use my favorite Car-Foam to clean the vehicle. After 5 minutes, rinse with pro reset body shampoo. ten minutes before re-entering the room At that point, all of the foam for the contact wash is gone. Of course, "body shampoo preference" differs from person to person. br>br>Be-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e- Keep in mind that this appears to remove wax or sealant to some extent, so you'll need to reapply your favorite wax or sealant after the entire process. This is not a problem for me because I always apply Hydro Blue Sio2 Coating after washing, decontaminating, and other procedures. br>br>The only thing I can think of to improve is the manufacturing process. , you might want to think about putting this fantastic product in an aerosol can with a foamer. br>br>Overall, this is a 5 star product!.
I used to use RainX to clean and treat my windshield to make it easier to clean off bugs, but I've recently had problems with RainX due to living near the beach and the salt in the air causing droplet marks on all of my windows that would never go away. So, with my new truck, I decided not to use RainX, but I recently took a long trip that filled my windshield with bugs, which I couldn't clean with any standard glass cleaner. I also tried Turtle Wax Bug and Tar Remover, but it was no better than Windex. I had my doubts about the Sea Foam product before using it, but I was blown away when it completely dissolving EVERY stubborn bug spot in just one application.
I live in Central Florida and commute to work on a rural highway for forty minutes. Bugs of all kinds swarm the highway and slam into the front of my car during the summer and spring. The worst are the remains of "love bugs," regardless of whether I request bug removal prior to the arrival of the bugs. Whether I wash my car at a local car wash or go outside and scrub the affected areas with a high-quality car wash, almost all of the bugs are still present. This product assists me in getting 90% off the carcasssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss It's not perfect, but it's a lot better than anything else I've tried so far.
I've tried a lot of bug sprays over the years, but this one is the best and it works fast! I sprayed down the front of my car and noticed that the area I'd started with looked cleaner already, with the dissolved remains of the bugs running down the paint (easy to see on white paint). The rest was removed with a few passes with a microfiber towel, and I was able to wash the car normally after that. br>br>Wow. br>br>Awesome. I never imagined that Seafoam would produce the best bug killer on the market!.
Wipe off. It says what it intends to do and then does it. Here in Michigan, we get clouds of some kind of little bug in the UP along the Lake Michigan shoreline that cause a traffic jam at every local gas station so people can get whatever those are off their windshields and see through them again. We didn't have any issues like that.
Spray on the large affected area, wait a few minutes, then spray again. A pressure washer helps make things go faster when dealing with thick bugs. I gave it a three-star rating for value for money because for the price, a larger bottle would be nice. However, it is functional.
I followed the manufacturer's instructions to the letter. The end result was a letdown. Nothing has worked for me to get rid of dried smashed bugs from the front of my car. Nothing on the market, in my opinion, will remove dried bugs from the vehicle's front end. nothing.
Bugs had infested the windshield, and regular cleaning had failed to remove them. BugbGone got rid of it in a flash! I then proceeded to clean the exterior of two large windows on my house that were filthy. They were completely gone in an instant!.
