Washed a total of ten times in the washing machine. Separation of the seams It's not the seam thread that's breaking; it's the woven glove fabric that's coming apart where it's sewn. Fabric appears to be sewn through only two layers, and the layers' threads are spreading apart, allowing the seam thread to pull through and the glove to fall apart. Where the seam thread is sewn through the fabric, it should be folded and sewn, resulting in a seam that is sewn through four layers of fabric. Increased power. Just my two cents on the subject.
It's a 80/20 split.
Your hand will become extremely wet because the mitt is not waterproof.

wash mitts of excellent quality Instead, I got low-quality wash mitts (pictured), which have unacceptable exposed seams and small chenille noodles that appear to be stitched too far apart, and are likely to scratch your car. br>br>I decided to return these unused after inspecting them. To make matters worse, I was assessed a $3 fee. Return shipping is $ 33. on a $15. 99 item! Not cool. On the listing, it says "free returns"! br>br>I hope to never buy from this vendor again, and I feel let down by Amazon for allowing this listing's verbiage, including the fact that it says "free returns" even though I was charged.
br>Since I also have a Chemical Guys Chenille Microfiber Premium Scratch-Resistant Scratch-Resistant Chenille Microfiber Premium Scratch-Resistant Chenille Microfiber Free Wash Mitt,br>I prefer this one because it has a mesh lining in the interior of the mitt that allows you to easily put your hand back into the glove while it's still wet when you take it on/off (to pick up phone calls, scratch your buttocks, whatever haha), whereas the Chemical Guys mitt doesn't have this and it's annoying to slip my hand back into the glove. Putting on a shoe with the shoelaces tied (chemical guys) vs. untied (relentless) is a comparable analogy. br>br>As shown in the illustration: Blue (Relentless) and green (Chemical Guys).
I'd previously seen and liked these gloves. I ordered a replacement pair, but the ones I got were not the same as the originals. The new ones have a sponge-like material on the back instead of microfiber, and there is no liner on the inside, so I'm returning them. The mesh material over the sponge material appears to scratch clear coat, so I'm returning these.
This weekend, I gave the car its first wash, lathering it up and washing it with the mitts. They have a familiar micro-structure when dry. It's difficult to describe the fiber texture, but it's spongyish (not a real word), and it's clearly soft. It does, however, feel like a chamois when wet. It's extremely smooth and absorbs a lot of water, so it never dries out on the paint and is completely non-toxic. abrasive. br>br>I'd never used anything like this before and was very pleased with it. If I'm using it on an Aston Martin, I suppose I should be. This is a must-have for anyone who cares about their car's paint and wants to do their own detailing.
He was blown away by how simple it was to wash the car and how much fun he had doing both the inside and outside. It allowed him to get into all the nooks and crannies of the frame with minimal effort, and the mitts left no lint-free residue. Because we have a black car, this was a miracle in and of itself for him, and the main reason he had it professionally washed. Because it was the first time our neighbors saw him wash his own car, he drew a crowd of other men who had their cars professionally cleaned. The inside as well as the outside of the building were both filthy. The inside is due to our pets, and the outside is due to two weeks of heavy pollen. I honestly didn't expect the mitts to last more than a single wash. Surprisingly, my husband has washed our car twice, as well as the cars of two of our neighbors. I'm putting together a Christmas list, and these mitts will undoubtedly be given to the special men and women on our list! Don't hesitate to purchase them! As a patent attorney, I make it a point to thoroughly research any product before purchasing it. Similar ones are available for a higher price and are of inferior quality. These are high-quality products. designed, and well-made As a patent attorney, I spend a lot of time researching products and can tell the good from the bad after 30 years of experience. These mitts are the genuine article. I hope your patents on these and future products are well-protected.
These units are of excellent quality, and they arrived quickly. br>br>UPDATE: While I had only used the mitt once at the time of the first review (5 stars), I have since used it again and the cuff tears away from the mitt when you PULL ON THE CUFF to put it back on. I would advise the manufacturer to triple or even quadruple stitch these, as this appears to be a flaw. TIP: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "innovative" and "paraphrase. " To avoid tearing the cuff away from the mitt, pull from the mitt itself (blue part) when putting it back on. The mitt is one of my favorites, and it gets into places where others can't.
It came in a timely fashion. I put it through its paces on the bike, then the Jeep, then the Cadillac, and finally the RV. The mitt to get is this one. It fits comfortably in your hand, provides complete control over cleaning movement versus a large rag that flops around and gets you wet, and cleans a larger area than large wash sponges. I'm thinking of going around to my neighbors' houses and washing their cars. I wouldn't go quite that far, but this mitt comes highly recommended.
The weekend after they arrived from Amazon, I washed my sedan and a filthy SUV with one of the wash mitts (I bought a two-pack). They're super absorbent and can hold a lot of wash soap, making cleaning your car a breeze. The fabric is extremely soft and long-lasting, and the design is very functional. I was worried that the mitt would become too dirty to use again after washing the extra dirty vehicle. However, I was mistaken, and it cleaned up beautifully in a rinse bucket with my hand acting as a washboard; the only drawback is that they take a long time to dry due to their absorbency. In my case, I dried it in record time by putting it in front of an old fan in my garage, but I suppose putting it in the dryer for a short time would also work. For car wash days, I strongly suggest these.
