These lambswool pads are very expensive, but if they're helping you handle your car or RV washing, then they're It has been five years since I've started using these pads, which are normally the 9". Don't risk scratching your RV or vehicle with a polyester brush manufactured in China. I finally bought the 13" and the brush seems to be perfect size. Several years of use are possible with these 100% lambswool pads if they are well maintained. Once my RV has been thoroughly cleaned with baby shampoo, I use the shampoo to clean my pads as well.
I have combined this with a sturdy painter's pole from Home Depot and have been very pleased with it. This mit contains a lot of soap and water and makes it much easier to cover a lot of ground without that liquid running out and leaving water streaks behind. This was combined with a CR Spotless DI water system that has resulted in great results. I am so happy to say that we have never had a better looking RV. This mit has held up to many washes and we are very happy with how it is performing. Our Solar Panels had a tonne of dirt on them and this unit worked well at cleaning it so that it improved our solar efficiency by 10%. Our intention was to buy the unit so we could use it to wash our Class A RV, and we have not used it yet, but based on how well the solar panels cleaned, we can expect that the RV will wash well as well.
