I have no complaints about this foam gun. It works It was in my mind to get a pressure washer and foam cannon, but I was not willing to spend the extra money ($150 versus Foam King foam guns looked interesting to me, so I decided to try them. To my mind, it is a wonderful idea! The answer is no. Unlike some foam guns, this foam gun sprays a good coating of suds to help encapsulate dust and dirt - it's not going to give you a thick coating, but will definitely help encapsulate The wash mit should be used prior to the wash. Furthermore, you do save a lot of time as opposed to continually using your wash mitt to apply soapy water from your wash bucket. By setting the foam gun to #3, I found that using 80% of the recommended soap and water solution is still sufficient to wash my Mazda CX-7 It is important to constantly spray the car with water so that the suds are kept up as you move around with the wash mitt. My neighbor used to borrow mine until he got his own on Father's Includes water hose nozzle and quick connector for a tank connection. After you're done foaming and rinsing, connect your nozzle to a garden hose and rinse. As mentioned, when it comes to the nozzles, they come with a quick connect for attaching to the soap tank, but not For the hose, the nozzle comes only with a male adapter.
