It has been great for backpacking and camping with this collapsible bucket. Its large capacity makes it extremely practical for backpackers since it can easily fit in a pack and transport water back to your camp from a lake or stream without taking up any space in your pack, making it easier to sit and filter water comfortably rather than hunching over. I have used it to keep water available in camp for a variety of purposes and it has largely been worthwhile. Use caution when carrying a bucket of water over a long distance with only a thin steel handle because the weight will eventually cause an end of the handle to pop out, thus resulting in the bucket of water being lost. In spite of this, the product is functional and provides a higher level of convenience for campers.

I feel that this product comes across as a great concept, but I don't see it executed well. This product lasted for five months before it could no longer stand up on its own when I used it once a month during fishing trips. If it has some problems after a few months, just be aware that it's okay for the price. The product has simply begun to fail. It is possible that it needs to be filled more than I did or that there has been some user error, but as far as I am aware,.

Despite the fact that this collapses into a small size, it is easy to slide right into my hiking bag. There's quite a bit of water in it, so it's perfect for keeping supplies fresh or an essential item for putting out the fire while hiking. When I went trout fishing and did not pack a regular bucket, I also looked in it. There's only one complaint I have about this bucket. If it isn't completely full of water sometimes it collapses and some water spills out.
