It would have been smarter for me to read all of the reviews before purchasing. The label on this item says it is a Harbor Freight product (it says as such right on the package). The reviews would have revealed this to me if I had read all of them. A one dollar price tag is offered by HF. There was a coupon to make it $1. It was $99 and would have been $1. 50 with a coupon. I would have purchased the Weiler 44003 Horsehair Counter Duster if I had considered the options again.
Their product is just a more expensive version of Harbor Freight's own brush. There is even a sticker on it from there.
When I bought the item, I wish I read the other reviews. When I opened the box I found a large crack and chip in the lid The length of a teddy bear is about three inches. Then, I removed the sticker and there was a sticker for Harbor Freight under it. Is that true? Paying $6 is all I did. The Pittsburgh brand bench brush was priced at $50, and I was sent a $1 credit in return. What do you think of this 99 Harbor Freight rubbish? As soon as I received it, I returned it. There is no point in wasting your time or money.
purchased this primarily to vacuum the edges of rooms near the floor where dust and dirt seem to collect and I have trouble getting it all out with my vacuum. Moreover, I noticed that once the mud, which the dog smeared on the drywall in our entryway, was dry, it was easily brushed off. The best way to keep drywall is to keep it dry, unless the paint is designed to be washed. The brush was effective at removing dry mud from the wall, which I was relieved to learn. As a result, we can reduce damp wiping to a minimum. I wish my d would do the same. It would be good if you would remember to wipe the dog off after his routine walk through the brook! They're no match for the brush, so maybe I'll swipe both of them!.
A false advertisement is being made for this product. There is no Pittsburgh brand name anywhere on it. On the reverse side of the handle, harbor freight stickers can be seen. This brush has worn down to the point where the bristles look as if they have been used previously. You're probably going to find a better one at the dollar tree. The good news, however, is that I am going to help this seller. I am only going to use it to brush flakes of crud off of my pant legs, so I am not too concerned about this. However, a bench brush from harbor freight is 1/3rd the price of this one.
I am very pleased with it. When you hold something for the first time, you don't know what your hands are capable of. The product works well As you can see, I sanded the handle to get rid of the sharp corners and to make it feel better in the hand. Next, I applied a layer of furniture paste wax. In the future, if I needed one more, I would order from you again.
We have a couple of these for the house that work well for removing dog hair and debris from furniture, even though they were intended for workshops (and we have several for this purpose). Also, it works very well for dusting blinds, but it does not collect dust. So dust the blinds first - that way it captures dust. Following that, everything else follows. I just thought I'd provide an overview of what it's all about The product should revolve around useful features.
It is decent and will serve its purpose as expected. It's for replacing a larger horse hair brush with more weight and heft than this one, but I couldn't find a better alternative, so I ordered.
