Even before their hands touch, they're unraveling

More than half of the 100 tassels I ordered were duds. I have ordered more than a dozen different colors from the same seller, but nothing was bad until I tried the gray tassels. I can't even touch any of them as they are just falling apart and unraveling on their own without my touch. As of today, 67 tassels had to be thrown out because I use them in my jewelry business. It is a real disappointment.

I love the tassels, except for the red ones which are not the right size or color

These came in red, pink, and turquoise for me to choose from. The pink and turquoise are lovely. I wasn't quite sure what to make of the red, but when I read the descriptions I understood it was "dark red". My fault is that I did not pay closer attention to what was going on. That’s a shame too, because a bright red would have been nice! Note to seller Please attach the jump rings here with the open part under the top of the tassel, not under the top of the jump rings. It's hard to move it, to get the ring open so that it can be attached. Some of the pictures had to be discarded for this reason. We didn't want to use an extra jump ring to attach the charm. I think this is an excellent product. Thanks!.

I don't know why the consistency varies. The cream is great. I ordered it and loved it. They are much longer than my previous purchase. I ordered these again in black, red and cream. I am disappointed.

One item is larger than the others and I was annoyed when I bought three different colors from the same seller and one item came larger than the others. I will now cut the items in half in hopes they don't look ridiculous after. I want to get my money back or I'd like to get a refund.
