Plastic material that is incredibly light weight

We replaced an existing lace trim that was almost finished with this one. The prices were close to each other. The product, however, is much lighter than which I currently wear and seems a little poorly made as well. I will return it. I would not purchase this again, but it might be applicable to other projects.
