Does it appear pure white or does it seem off-white?

This product is not pure white. When viewed against pure white, it looks yellowish.

Could you let me know if the lace will hold up well in a washing machine or dryer? It was attached to the hem of a shirt that was too short. Wouldn't it be great if it did?

You should be able to wash it, but don't put anything else in the load that could snag it (such as When it comes to the dryer, I would not recommend putting anything delicate that has elastic in it. In this way, it starts to look like a ruffled or floppy mess, and after a while it starts to degrade and is no longer very durable.

What would you recommend for the outside of a mask made from this lace?

made a bunch of masks for a wedding using white lace over cotton. I liked the look of it. It's soft and pretty easy to deal

This lace would be ideal for adding to hems

I found this lace to be the perfect thing to add length to As it is hard to find dresses that are long enough without reaching the floor, I cut off 3" from the bottom of my "already too short dress" and attached the lace to the cut piece, then re-sewed it to the Provided me with the additional length I needed and looks just like I purchased it on Amazon. There were several places where you could sew over the lace I wore it for years, and I loved it--it stretches just enough to reach where I want it to, but it isn't too long or too short. Although I haven't yet washed it, I plan to wash on the delicate cycle in the washer and then dry it on the low setting in the It has been a pleasure working with this lace. I hope you also enjoy it. It was a good buy in spite of the fact it did not come in multiple colors. I'm not complaining, because my favorite laces only come in white! I'm just happy to find this one.

I don't like ivory because it's too yellow

It is a very nice piece of lace with great This hem is not stiff, which is exactly what I wanted in a dress to add length. In any case. Rather than being ivory, the color is more banana cream in hue. It's a bit yellow for what I wanted, but I'll keep it since I'm sure I'll be able to find another use for it in the future. I love how pretty it is.

The lace is lovely and amazing for the price

I enjoyed it very much. Lingerie is one of the things I use it for. There is a good drape to it and it is soft. There is also the appearance that it is corded, which gives it some nice dimension. The package was also well done.

This is such a pretty and soft fabric

There's no rough lace in this. I was worried that there would be. It has a silky feeling, and almost feels slippery when you sew on a machine. It has a nice amount of stretch.
