It was impossible to pick up or place rhinestones with the attached attachments. This would have been great, but the stones didn't fit into the included attachments, so you had to manually place the stones and then press the tool onto them. I was having a lot of difficulty with the rhinestone tool, and it was my first time employing one (I have used wood burners and soldering irons, though). After a little while, I got a flow that worked okay (my daughter wanted her ballet and ice skating outfits to stand out more) but later I realized I should have bought a rhinestone tool which should have placed the stones automatically. My first approach ended up being to use the same tool that I already had at home, a hot tool to melt the backsides of the crystals.
