Questions & Answers

The purpose of it is to keep decals and stickers ?

These work well with the gundam model's decals because they are a really thin decal, but they are not a strong glue, so they are more effective when applied to the plastic (they don't seem to be so effective if applied to painted areas). That's what I've found to be the case, at least. This is my attempt at English (sorry for the language)

The product packaging is available in two colors, blue and green. How are they different from one another?

It is Mark Setter who is in blue. A green color is softer than a blue color. In order to put a water slide decal on a straight panel, we use a mark setter. The Mark Softer is the best product to use if you want to affix a water slide decal to a curved or uneven surface.

What kind of liquid is it? Is it milky or clear?

The milk is more milky in color. You can clearly see through it once you put it on

If it is applied right before applying decals, can it be put on water decals a month or so after it has been applied to the kit, or does the solution only work when applied immediately before applying the decal?

When you use only water, the water decals stick perfectly. I wouldn't recommend it but if you feel that the stickers are coming off, you should try applying a little more water.

The old decals will work as well

Out of sentiment, I am creating a scale model of a vehicle I used to drive, as I can no longer find this particular model. Scale models were bought when I just got the car, but I never made any progress on them. Despite being my first scale model, this one is in any way.

I was alarmed because I suspected that the decals that came with the model might also have deteriorated with age. Decal packets for the model have been discontinued a long time ago, and I cannot get any new ones. My wonderful friend Mark Setter sent this to me. A water-based decal is also called a water-based decal This product is referred to as a "Mark" setter because it is made with a "slide decal" or sometimes a "slide-mark" in Japan. In any case, it's a glue for decals with a little softening According to the front label, Mr. Mark Setter, also known as Slide-mark softener/glue, is the tool to ensure decals stick to surfaces. In this way, the slide-mark is softened and the glue component is strong enough to hold the slide-mark clearly. There is a possibility that some decals will become I would recommend trying out a piece of decal you don't need first. In short, it's perfect for decals and a lot more. In this 1/24 model, everything is so small, and to place a decal in the correct location, I need to slide it over a surface. a small amount of Mr. Mark Setter to the area where I want a decal, and then I place the decal. I wiggle it until I find the perfect spot, and then I soak up excess water with a Q-tip Voici a tip. In addition, it softens the decals and enables them to adhere to the surface, but not to the point where they become It is claimed by some modelers to dissolve lacquer paint layers but it is denied by others. My experience with Mr. Color was flawless when it came to surfaces. A Gun-Nut was the first generation of my deceased brother who was born in 1913. During the late 1970s, there was a man named "Ota" who claimed my parents' bedroom as his 'colony for Gundam model production'. Though we were not as close in his later years, I wish I could ask him for tips on making scale models. At least I wish I could tell him I am now working on my first scale model and finding it fun.

Even if it appears daunting at first, this is an excellent product

In order to do the first set of water slide decals for the MG sazabi ver ka, I bought this product. My favorite way to use it has been number 1. I have seen many different ways to use it, but this is the one that has proven to be most effective*. In order to prepare the decal for use, soak it in water. You will need to apply mark setter to the surface where you want the decal to adhere.
4. Send it over to your new account. Add a softer decal on top of the original decal* 3. Finally, remove any excess moisture by gently wiping it away with a cotton bud or paper towel. Having used this method, I have been able to achieve the best result and I will post pictures of the finished product once I am done installing all the decals. The pros are It is great for setting decals
Easy to use
Ensures that you will have great results if you use it It can be intimidating to deal with fumes. There is a strong smell associated with this, so it should be used in a well ventilated area.

The package is in good condition and is shipped The decals appear to stay in their places well after applying the adhesive
4/5

The decals adhere to the surface better than default decals, so you should no longer be worried about low adhesion. Due to it being directly shipped from Japan, it took 14 days to arrive.

You can apply in this way
5/5

This is perfect for water slide gundam decals, and it's quite simple to utilize as all you need to do is place a tiny bit of this on the part and place the decal on top of that. If there is any extra liquid after the decal is applied, don't forget to wipe it off with a cotton bud. This is a fairly simple process.

A thin layer should be applied, set for 5 minutes, then touched with a cotton swab to remove excess, then set for 24 hours, and then a top coat can be applied if desired
5/5

Because the adhesive was weak on the small parts of the decals, the water slide decals were moving around before using. It is important to apply a thin layer and to then touch it with a cotton swap five minutes after application to remove any excess and to set overnight to ensure the decals stay on.

It spreads evenly when applied with a brush

When used with Hotwheels decal applications, Mark Setter works great. Ensures that decals adhere properly to car castings before they are sprayed with the final clear coat.

I think you should have it

If you don't have these items, you won't be able to face the waterslide. Stickers stay where you put them when you use this technique! The stickers look as if they were painted on once the softener is added.

The perfect decal for your car
5/5

Purchasing it with softener is a good idea. Water slide decals are easy to apply with this stuff. Gunpla is the most common use for it, and most of the time I Before you apply the decal to your model, you apply the setter to ensure the decal adheres to the surface. By applying a softer over the placed decal, it gives it a more flattened, painted appearance, more in line with the model.
