If you're carving, I highly recommend them. ''Cut resistant'' also does not imply ''cut proof.'' Although I was cut through the glove, the situation would have been ten times worse if I hadn't been wearing it. They also protect against slicing cuts well, but a stab cut will pass right through the glove.

When strategically applied to your holding fingers and palm, this tape takes care of the problem. In my opinion, this is far superior to gloves. I've had a couple of slips and this tape has come to my rescue. This isn't to say you shouldn't be cautious, but I much prefer this tape to gloves. Please give me a thumbs up if you found this useful =).
I've used sports tape to make finger guards while carving, but BeaverCraft tape is much wider and does a much better job of protecting my fingers from cuts. I would strongly suggest it. If you're looking for a unique way to.
If my autistic son gets a boo-boo, he freaks out. On his finger, he has a boo. Because he has sensitive skin, putting a bandaid on it would only aggravate the situation. To allow his finger to breathe, I used this instead. I just wish it was a little bit smaller so I wouldn't have to cut each strip in half. It's not a big deal, though, because the cost is justified.
The tape only works up to a point, so be careful; it will rip the tape and hurt! Just take your time and go slow, and you'll be fine.
I use them to wrap my fingers when I'm carving wood. They are unquestionably effective. Tip: When cutting a piece, fold the end that is still attached to the roll over by about a quarter inch. It will be much easier to locate the start the next time.
This makes it easier for knives that haven't been trained to bite as hard. Just for new knives, I wrap both hands' thumb and first finger. I don't need it once I've gotten used to how the knife works, but it's a great product for keeping bandaids on.
Simply type in "self-adhesive medical tape" into your search engine. For a lot less money, you can get a LOT more rolls. It's essentially the same thing. I'm pretty sure these guys order it from another vendor, split it up, and sell each portion for what they paid for the whole. br>br>[Image] That's the bag of Medical Adhesive Tape I got for a few dollars less than the "Cut Resistant" tape they're selling. Be wary! br>br>.
The package is reasonably priced and offers good finger wrapping tape protection. The tape stays in place and only requires a small amount of product to do its job effectively. I think this product is superior to others I've tried.
