It might rust if exposed to wetness or dampness if used outdoors on a wreath. I have never experienced that with this brand of pipe cleaner. We wish you a lot of fun
The moment I knew I'd used a lot of random colors, I couldn't say for sure. There are still a majority of pipecleaners left, but its appearance appears to be pretty equal between the colors. You don't have as many pink ones, despite the fact that there are two shades of pink to choose from. I would say it's a light pink, more like It may be helpful to you. There are high quality pipe cleaners in the package.

These pipe cleaners are so cute and you can give your child an idea of what fun and easy pipe cleaner projects they can do. They have a lot of imagination, which I enjoy. You can make creative finger puppets in less than ten minutes if you have the right materials. In my initial review, I noted that the product arrived open and without pipecleaners (see photo), but I did not have time to get something else to use for the craft projects with my children It was very nice of them to reach out to me and send me a new, unopened package free of charge. The pipecleaners themselves are also very soft, as shown by the photos. Though malleable, wire is capable of holding a shape, although it is not stiff as some others I have used. The only difference is that I was able to cut them with strong kitchen scissors to make smaller shapes, which I had not been able to do with any other brand. I was able to make rings, bracelets, etc. for the kids this way. It was easy to tell that this company was responsive and was highly responsive given the price and the quantity for the price.
There were 8 white pipe cleaners in the package. Many of them were bent in different directions and the package came opened. There is a difference in twist from one to the other, making some look like screws while others look like thick rings. Even though I can deal with the different look, the open package drove me crazy. I will update the post if the seller takes care of the problem. The doors had been opened, which I was terribly disappointed about.
