When I used it to macrame old outdoor chairs, the appearance was the same as when I crafted them, even though it was just a couple of months ago. Since the material is almost all plastic, I'm sure it can be used outdoors perfectly well.
The 100-yard line
If the cord were stiff it would not work since it is flexible. I'm not sure this thick a cord would work if you want to make the basket stand on its own. Using this size cord in macrame wall hangings and plant holders is my favorite project.
The possibility of dyeing it is a serious doubt. It is a heavy-duty polyester that will not be affected by rain, snow, etc. It might color a bit with dye, but I don't think it will stand up to time, the sun and There are many colors to choose from when it comes to macrame. One of them may be the best option for you.

It was a lot of fun to work with it! My first time doing macrame, and I found this rope to be so easy to use. We chose the color for our wedding arch because it was just the right thickness and size (about the size of a thin Crayola marker).
As a result, it is strong enough to withstand complex knots without making them loose or tearing, while still having the right degree of elasticity to bend and loop. It is heavy and made of high-quality materials, and it looks great when completed.
Having a chance to work with this has been fantastic! To decorate my chainlink fence, I will crochet an oversized motif to hang on the My goal was to find a synthetic material that would stand up to An 18mm hook is being used here. Prior to this process I had used polypropylene rope (Attwood's), which was rough and hard to work, and it was much shorter in length. I chose the turquoise color, which is a rich, bright color, for this project since the 100 yards and 6mm width make it a great material for this project. My only request is to lower the price a bit It flies through my fingers when I hold it. I would love to design rugs for it.
I bought this for our backyard swing as a replacement for the seating. My friend and I pulled from the middle and then restrung the entire piece with a knot after attaching the first. It seems as though there is no end to this cord, even though it is 100 yards long. On a three-person swing, I used a little more than two.
My only problem was that this caused one of the strings to get worn out because I pulled it through multiple times. The weave at that point was too small for the ball to pass through, and I should have been a little In terms of durability and strength, the seat has held up quite well over time.
As I had never worked with rope for macrame before, I thought this would be enough to create a large piece, but it wasn't. My fault was not knowing what cord size to purchase and the length as I had no idea what type of cord I was looking for. The cord is thick and thick, but far too thick for what I intended to create. Although it's very strong and easy to work with, I think this rope would be best for hanging plants or very large macrame wall pieces. Three or four bundles are needed to create a large wall piece.
I found it to be very easy to work with and liked the way that you can finish the ends with a flick of a lighter. It's not as "poly" feeling as one might think and is a great choice for areas like near a kitchen or bathroom and outdoors. Besides that, it comes in various colors and sizes, so if you want to use more than one color for your project, you can do that without having to dye it.
I wanted a way to store extra yarn, so I turned to crochet. It all started when I found a basket pattern online, and I decided to try it. The decision was a good one for me! We are so thrilled with the quality and size of this basket. With it I can keep many skeins of yarn and I no longer need to "search" for them. In order to make more baskets, I plan to buy more macramé. In spite of the fact that I haven't worked with it before, I can guarantee you that when I buy more, I will be purchasing.
It is possible for me to fuse at any time. My favorite way to weave wreaths is with Bonnie rope. Unlike other fabrics, it has fusible end closures, so not only are my ends not frayed, they can be fused together as well. Since my wreaths are robust enough to stand up to the hot Florida sun, I can hang them inside or outside.
