Styrofoam balls will become pitted and cratered if they are painted with spray paint

It is not recommended that you spray paint The moon craters will be melted and it will release bad fumes when it is done. If you want to paint on a wall, use regular wall paint or crafter's Although the odor could be taken in by the styrofoam's vapors, I was working outside, so the combined fumes could be harmful. That is why I only gave it four stars. Spray paint would have been easier to use though. So that the handpainted, smooth side was visible, I turned the cannon balls around.
