The formula is very creamy. I'd say it dries demi matte, and it didn't transfer on me when I used it, though I'd set it with a colorless powder if I was concerned about transfer:

I strongly advise you to read this book. For the past 11 years, I've worked as a professional makeup artist. For the past six years, I've specialized in body/face paints and have tried everything! I've used every type of body paint there is. As a result, I believe I have a good understanding of what constitutes good paint and what constitutes poor paint. br>br>I've got to say, after using Craft Pro Face Paints, I'm impressed. I was blown away! I am blown away! I wasn't expecting to dislike them, but I wasn't expecting them to hold up against my favorite face paints! And they succeeded! They blend like a dream! br>br>Prosbr>They blend like a dream! I didn't need to layer at all to get a nice Opacity to the paint, and it covered beautifully. I had no trouble mixing colors and they didn't split once they were mixed. It felt good to move in, and I was able to flex my face and move around without the paint cracking! I wish the pans were larger! br>br>Consbr>I wish the pans were larger! (Actually, it's more of a personal wish!) There isn't much of a disadvantage here! )br>Can flake if layered too thickly (again, not really a con, just an FYI if you're unfamiliar with paints) I was able to layer two times without issue, but the third layer started flaking badly. There was no need for three layers of paint; I was simply experimenting for my own amusement. br>br>Overall, these are fantastic colors! br>br>I will say that this kit is more suited to face painters and smaller projects! I really hope this company makes a palette for more of the artist, with larger pans and no brushes or sponges. I'd love to use this paint formula to make more full-body paints! br>br>Overall, this paint performed admirably when compared to my favorite body paints! I have one that I use on a regular basis, but I'm finding myself reaching for this kit instead! WONDERFUL FORMULA AT AN EXTREMELY LOW PRICE!br>br>10/10.
Overall, I'm a big fan of this item. It's very easy to stay neat and organized thanks to the packaging. I was pleased with the color selection and quality of the product. It's very creamy and easy to work with when it comes to color. Some of the colors are more pigmented than others, so they may require a second coat, but I knew I'd fall in love with them as soon as I swatched them. I'm always on the lookout for new face and body paints, and this is one I'll be adding to my collection. It's a handy little one to have around.
They're colorful, and the collection includes everything you'll need! It's a great palette to use as a "go to" palette or to get started with. br>br>I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of opacity before using it, and I was pleasantly surprised. It will take some time to adjust to the water-to-paint ratio at first. It will be sheer if there is too much water, but if there is just the right amount, you will be fine! I discovered that I preferred using a sponge to cover larger areas. It also worked well for smaller paintings and details when using a small brush. br>br>I took two pictures of the palette - Because each individual color (cake) can be popped out and rearranged, I arranged mine in a rainbow pattern: ) It was much easier for me to experiment with colors and mix/blend them as a result of this. Brushes, sponges, stencils, and more are all included in the kit, which I really like. This is especially useful if you're starting from scratch and don't have any other supplies (I don't have all of these in my photo). Because I already have brushes and materials that I enjoy, I decided to use them. br>br>The makeup photos I shared are a raw photo taken with my phone to show the true colors, followed by an edited photo. It created a great illusion without the need for any editing, which is essential for a successful paint palette! This is a palette that I recommend having in your kit at all times. You'll have everything you need with this one, even if you don't have a larger paint cake. I also recommend it for detail work and smaller areas (rather than full body paints), as well as for beginners!.
This palette's paints are very soft and easy to work with over a powder or cream base. (Because it's made of water, it'll react the same way as any other water-based product. ) Any liquid exposure (sweat, rain, etc. ) will cause melting. ) Each color cup has its own cover and can be removed from the palette for storage. The packaging is super cute, and it came with some nice brushes, sponges, and small stencils as a bonus (for the image, I used yellow, orange, turquoise, and red).
I usually use water-based face paints, so I'm familiar with brands like Mehron, Fab, and Ben Nye, among others. Craft_pros approached me to try their water-activated paints, and I gladly accepted. I was taken aback by how happy I was! I couldn't believe how pigmented these paints were for the price; you get a wide range of colors, and the texture is comparable to other brands I've used. I had to dip a little more than usual, but not excessively so. The packaging was yellow and glittery, which was a turn-off for me. Because the yellow wasn't opaque enough, I used my fab paint brand in the photo; you can layer it several times to get a more solid yellow, but I didn't have the patience, as these looks take several hours, and the glitter spilled all over the place because the lids wouldn't stay closed. Aside from that, this is an extremely affordable and high-quality palette. These paints are especially good for beginners, in my opinion.
This product was provided to me for testing purposes, but all opinions expressed are my own. I create unique makeup looks and have experimented with a variety of water-activated paint brands. liners, and this is now one of my all-time favorites! The paints are highly pigmented, creamy, and do not appear to crack easily. I've never seen packaging like this before, and each color has its own lid. it's possible to take it off the palette This invention is extremely useful in keeping my colors clean and free of contamination from other colors. Glitters, stencils, brushes, and sponges are included. I think this is AMAZING quality for such a low price, and I highly recommend it and will continue to buy from this company.
