Performs the task at hand

This lightweight pink jacket will keep you warm. Trial and error is the only way to learn which direction you can cut in. For the cutting end, I just made a mark on the ruler. Measuring doesn't help that much, as it's not long enough or the direction of the cut doesn't line up so well. Nevertheless, if you just need some straight lines, this program can absolutely help you. The razors are included as well, which is nice.

What I expected was not what happened

This paper cutter is nice, but I don't like that the blade can only go in one direction. In order to keep cutting, I gave the teacher the option of flipping the ruler or paper.

The impression is not good

The impression is not good. This was bought to cut paper evenly, and I would have thought it would do so since it's made of graphic design, but it doesn't line up evenly. The sides of the box were supposed to serve as a guide, but they were My cuts were slanted due to this. It's also a bad idea to go back over the item once it's been cut to fix it the opposite way after you've cut it. You will be able to shred your paper with this machine. I am not sure if I don't know how to use this cutter or just don't know how to use it, but it doesn't function as I want.

Taking only one direction at a time

Review reading would have been useful to me before I purchased the product. Taking only one direction at a time. slide the blade down and have the blade at the top of the paper, whatever you are cutting will be shredded. Even though it was inexpensive, I haven't had any that could not cut in both directions. I've had a lot of inexpensive paper cutters. The art will probably be thrown out and the ruined documents will not be worth the tear and damage.

It is lightweight. Cutting in the other direction will result in crumpled edges. When the blade cuts only one way, it's fine. It appears to be dangerous to replace the new blades. The color was exactly as advertised, and it is small and thin enough to be stored in tight spaces, such as the back of a desk or on bookshelves.

Though I realize this is a cheap item, the first time I went to cut a photo printed on regular paper, it ate the paper up and tore it into pieces. A single piece of paper cannot be cut through it.

The blade should face the right way if you're a right-handed person The pink size cutter is a necessity for my small business since I cannot cut in a straight line to save my life! The way the blade was facing must be for left-handed people but it can easily be flipped over to the other side to accommodate right-handed people as well
