It is possible to keep the hook teeth from digging into the fabric strip

This is the first time I've used this product, but I noticed that my fabric material was not being held in place. As I looked through the bag, I noticed that some of them were missing an additional hook (see picture). There's something wrong with the key fob hardware teeth as they do not “dig” into the fabric well even though there are.

The majority of the items were fine, but some were damaged

sturdy and nice for the most part, but 11 of the 45 had a prong missing, so they were worthless. Since I had already used the rest that were compatible with it, I didn't have the option to exchange it.
