Questions & Answers
Yes, the instructions can be found on the package's backside.
Gina K. is a fictional character who lives in the United States. Masking Magic was created with the intention of being used by crafters. This adhesive-backed paper peels off easily without ripping the paper, and it can be reused. The crispness of the stamped images makes fussy cutting a breeze. It's not the same kind of adhesive or product as Post-It Notes.
I've used it before and will continue to use it, so I put it back in the original envelope on the slick paper.
These aren't for attaching embellishments or paper layers; they're for attaching embellishments and paper layers. To keep the dies in place while cutting them, you'll need washi tape or purple tape.

I have several Gina K/Thermo Web card-making products and am pleased with the Masking Magic product, which is simple to use, has enough tacky back to stay in place, and isn't too thick to cause large halos/white space against the tape when using rubber stamps. The tape can be reused many times before being discarded, and the ink does not bleed through. Masking Magic also has release tape on the back to help protect it and keep it tacky for multiple uses. You can cut a design out of the tape with dies/punches or tear a hillside/skyline to use as a mask on your project.
For the past 20 years, I've been stamping and die cutting. 25 years. My stamp sets took a back seat until recently, when dies were introduced. For stamping multiple images, this is the ideal masking. I re- I've been visiting my stamps and am having a blast! We'll be in desperate need of more in the near future!.
The thinness of this mask appealed to me, but it tears easily if not handled with care, particularly when layering. My sister's poodle had 5 puppies, so I made a card to congratulate her. The card was created by stamping the image twice.
Masking your projects is a breeze with this handy tool. The cardstock is not ripped. It's a little on the expensive side, which is why I gave it four stars. I've discovered a product that works well and is less expensive. I can't afford to spend so much on masks because I use them so frequently. If you're lucky, you'll be able to use your piece twice.
The masking has a repositionable adhesive that stays in place but can be easily removed and reused multiple times. I keep the pull away backing on hand and use it to store the cut mask until the next time I need it. Despite the fact that the sheets are small, they are cost-effective because they are reusable.
This product did not perform as well as I had hoped. I wanted to be able to cut out a figure and stick it to my paper, then paint over it with watercolors and then remove it. After cutting out my design, I was unable to remove the backing.
You can brush it away, but it won't lift unless you pull it up with your hands. The image stays put and doesn't smear when you stamp on the plain side, which is opposite the sticky side.
I adore this product because it allows me to add layers of stamping and it's so simple to make a mask with it. I don't waste a lot of ink because I can stamp so close to the edges and other cutouts; I'll buy it again.
