As well as adding two stickers to each roll, I am very disappointed with how the stickers were placed on the vinyl. The way I see it, I wasted about 3 inches of vinyl because I could not remove the sticker. Placing plastic over the vinyl and then adding stickers on top of that would have been more appropriate. The black vinyl I paid for had to be purchased because I had to do a big project. This was not a product I would purchase again, and I wouldn't waste my money on it unless losing 3 inches on each roll isn't a concern for me.
This review is for the way you roll the vinyl! It is a very clear, accurate color and brand, and it is very straight! If you are interested in my pictures, please see them. I'm writing you to ask VinylHop Stop rolling your records backwards! Due to this, it is impossible to store it in the machine without sitting and holding it out of the way. As the blade crosses the vinyl, the curl changes the way it moves. I have to unroll the vinyl and roll it in the correct direction. We had to unroll 10 feet of vinyl backwards because the seller rolled it backwards. It was time consuming, inconvenient, and unneeded. There has been much concern about barcode sticker residue being left on the vinyl, so I'm not sure if this reason for the way it's rolled is the reason for the complaints. Tape the vinyl together with masking tape (which is what came with my vinyl). You won't see any residue when using this product.
Oracal has a reputation of delivering color-true products and their adhesive sticks to all surfaces like a magnet. But as long as the product is not expired, it's a great permanent vinyl that can adhere to several surfaces flawlessly. Despite the fact that the size I received was accurate, I would like to see the packing and shipping improved. There was some damage to mine when it arrived. That is a good thing my graphic artist didn't use the damaged part of the vinyl during the cutting process. In order to apply decals to these cars, we recommend that you use this brand vinyl and medium to high tack transfer tape.
Oracal vinyl doesn't seem to be true to the brand. It is the first time in having a Cricut that Oracal vinyl does not adhere to the transfer sheet I bought/used a lot of Oracal vinyl since I got a Cricut. The whole process took me 3 days I tried 4 times before I finally got it to stick. It is impossible to do that with regular Oracal vinyl. In addition, all of the previous Oracal vinyl I had purchased came on a roll of cardboard. I found it difficult to work with since it was rolled up in itself.
Instead of buying generic vinyl, I will be trying the name brand vinyl from Oracal 651 and I haven't been disappointed. You may have to pay a little more for it, but it is certainly worth the money. My Scanner does not have any problems cutting it It can then be weeded after it is cut. I have found it to stick very well to all surfaces I have placed In addition, this product is truly a perfect fit for me. I have nothing to complain about.
In the listing, it's referred to as a light blue (color code 053), but it's actually an Even though they are very similar, I specifically need color 053 light blue to match an existing object. Not worth the hassle of returning for just over $7, I'll use it somewhere else.
We gave the roll a 4 out of 5 because it arrived with a little damage and dirt in it. The reviews I have seen say it is wrapped better than what I have seen. The damage was on the top and bottom, but only took place at the beginning of the roll. You might want to try cutting it with a sharp trimmer next time. The weeding is lovely and it cuts Despite that, I am not a fan of how easily it seems to crease. This appears to be a real Oracle 651 from what I can see, and I will definitely order from this buyer again. Please accept my sincere thanks.
There are no obvious problems with Oracal 651 vinyl, it weeds well and adheres very I really like this. A two star rating is based exclusively on the shipping/packaging methods employed by the company. I can hardly work with the vinyl as it is wound so tightly that it's curled in many directions. Even when I rolled it out to try to flatten it (carefully), parts of it creased and bubbled, rendering them Reviews could be greatly improved if the company listened to their opinions and learned to package it better. You'll have to pick up your 651 somewhere else if you want it to be fully usable until they do.
