Questions & Answers

Is there a stand included with this glue gun to keep it upright?

It does have a stand, but it is at an angle, which causes it to leak. While you're waiting for it to warm up, it's best to lay flat.

The second highest setting is high.

Greetings, what is the current state of affairs? Is it necessary to use 220 volts?

It is not possible to work with 110 volts.

Is there a set of sticks included?

No, there are no glue sticks included. You'll have to get those on your own. Take care and have a great day.

Value for money; Some Recommendations for Newcomers
5/5

This glue gun is fantastic; I adore it. There aren't many models with two temperature settings and a fine detail nozzle. I use hot glue a lot in my projects because it's dependable and simple to use. If you're going to use it for more than two hours at a time, turn it down to low heat or unplug it for about ten minutes. Overall, this is a great value that is safer and more convenient than having two separate guns for low and high heat. It's pleasant to hold, and I found the stand to be extremely useful. It can be folded back to fit into tight spaces. Although you can use the glue for up to 5 minutes after unplugging it, I prefer to keep it plugged in while working on larger projects because I use it so often (but always unplug it when you're finished!). If you've never used a glue gun before, follow these steps:br>br>- Use the appropriate heat for your material at all times. Low heat is better for fabric, felt, florals, and paper because they have a low heat tolerance.
- High heat improves the bonding of all materials; However, be aware that it can become extremely hot. When used on more delicate materials and papers, it will begin to smoke, so take care. It will cool down faster if you use a low/medium speed fan nearby. Allow for a few minutes of cooling time before handling glue. You might be able to obtain second-class services. If you touch it while it's still hot, you'll get a degree burn.
- Remember that some glue will seep through felts and fabric when pressing pieces together, so always use a cool metal or a thick piece of cardboard to press pieces together if you don't want to burn your fingers. As a press, I use the handle of a craft knife (without the knife). It won't stick to the metal once it's cooled; just make sure you pull it away quickly to avoid it trailing at the end. Keep a bowl or cup of 1/2 water and 1/2 ice nearby and place the metal knife handle in it if you want to cool your glue quickly or prevent it from sticking to your metal piece when you remove it. It is going to be bitterly cold. You can press it down to flatten the dab of glue and cool it at the same time after drying it thoroughly with a paper towel and after dispensing your glue. br>- If you get burned, never try to soothe it with milk or butter; These can help with pain, but they won't help your skin heal. Always use cool water, antibiotic/burn cream, and bandaging when treating a burn.
- Keep the area around your glue gun clear, and never let the cord hang or sit where it could be tripped over or pulled down or used by a child! Burning themselves on the barrel or nozzle is a very real possibility for children! Pets should also be avoided!
- Protect your surfaces and make cleanup a breeze by following these simple steps: To catch drippings, place a few pieces of paper or a small sheet of aluminum foil beneath your glue gun. On plastic and metal tables, it comes off fairly easily, but wood tables may be damaged. Many people complain that the nozzle leaks glue when it isn't in use, but it isn't a big deal in my opinion. In the barrel, the hot glue is melted, and the tip is pointed downward. I don't think it's a big deal; all you have to do is pull it up or rub the nozzle against the table gently. To avoid drippings, never place it on its side.
- "Fly- "aways" is a long, almost web-like phrase. like globs of glue that linger after being dispensed You can help reduce these by rubbing the nozzle near where the glue was dispensed or on a nearby piece of paper or metal for a few seconds. After the glue has dried, you can easily pull it off (while the dab is still hot, it will keep going).
- It's possible that the glue isn't hot enough if you're having difficulty pushing it through with the trigger. You can quickly heat it by setting it to high heat for a few minutes and then lowering it to low heat for just under one minute.

The glue gun is incredible
5/5

This glue gun was purchased in order to create wax seals on wedding invitations. It was a total success. The high- The low temperature setting is a fantastic way to make it multi-functional. purpose. I used it with paper on the low setting. It was also much easier to place the wax exactly where I wanted it with the precision tip. There were no problems with the wax sticks or the gun itself pushing through. It took 5 minutes to complete. It takes 6 minutes for the oven to reach the desired temperature.

So far, everything appears to be working fine, but there is one thing to keep in mind about the glue sticks
5/5

After watching a few YouTube videos, I decided to put the gun to the test for the first time. br>br>It takes a lot of pressure to separate the legs of the stand far enough to fit into the holes on either side of the gun, but it's possible. br>br>I set the temperature to low because I'm going to use this gun on foam model airplanes. The multi-faceted I'm using four-inch long temperature glue sticks. I inserted one completely into the gun, plugged it in, and waited 10 minutes (for low temperature) as instructed. I didn't get anything when I pulled the trigger. Then I remembered a video in which the user hid a second glue stick behind the first. So that's what I did. The glue gun then did its job. The reason for this appears to be that because the first stick was fully inserted, the trigger mechanism had nothing to grab onto in order to apply pressure. The second glue stick made it possible for the trigger to function properly. When applied, the glue cooled quickly and formed a strong bond between two pieces of foam, as expected. br>br>I'm particularly fond of the gun's extremely narrow bead; Weight is important in foam model planes, so the less glue used, the better. So far, everything is going well. br>br> I'll keep this review updated if I run into any issues or learn anything new.

Sorry for giving a one-star rating to a good glue gun, but I overpaid for it
3/5

I'm sorry for giving a one star review to a good glue gun, but I paid more than I should have because the product description stated that it had a removable cord, which it clearly does not have. With the work I do, a removable cord is essential, and I would have returned it if I hadn't been in a hurry for one. I'm not thrilled about being deceived, but I suppose I'll accept it. I'm hoping that this review will be useful to others.

I'll try not to overlook any of the advantages of this little bad boy
5/5

Where have you been all my crafting days, this beauty? br>There are so many advantages to this little bad boy that I'm going to try not to overlook any!
1. The cordless feature is something I can't get enough of! Yes, it must be plugged in to heat up, but once that is done, the possibilities are endless! I can't get into those hard-to-reach places without wrapping the cord all the way around or fighting it to stay out of the way! Not to mention how much more straightforward it is to complete large projects! I don't have to put down the hot glue gun and rearrange whatever project I'm working on; all I have to do now is make sure the gun can reach where I need it to! 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br With the speed, this puppy heats up! I'm never left waiting for long periods of time for this gun to heat up, which means more projects get completed! That's great news. 3. br>br>hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha For obvious reasons, the two-temp option is also a huge game changer. I can now hot glue pretty much anything I want without fear of it melting! 4. br>br> I really like how big this gun is. It's not so large that I have to struggle to keep it together when I need to insert a new glue stick, or that it's difficult to store or transport. And it's not so small that it can't handle the size of glue stick I want or that it will disappear into the depths of my craft closet, never to be seen again! br>br>Overall, this bad boy accomplishes everything I desire and more!.
