Crazy Glue's website is deceptive. I thought it was a good deal when I received only one pack/one piece of Crazy Glue after seeing a display with three packs of Crazy Glue and noting three pieces for this product. Despite my disappointment, I will not be returning the glue. Buyers should read the entire product information for this specific Crazy glue before placing an order.
This glue is known as K-glue. My entire hand was glued to the cabinet. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
First and foremost, Elmer's has addressed the issues that had previously plagued me. After only one use, the glue starts to deteriorate. We repaired one pair of shoes and glued six rubber feet onto wrought iron chairs with this product, which is limited in quantity. If you have any product left over, use the pin provided to keep the nozzle clean. They provide you with a container in which you can store the glue tube. br>br>The glue is excellent in and of itself. We were successful in the bot jobs listed above.
It doesn't have a stopper to keep the glie from drying out. br>I've bought this product before from a drugstore, and the little tube is supposed to come with a small nail head to keep it from drying out after you open it, but it doesn't.
Although we frequently use this brand of glue, we have never purchased this dispenser. It's a nightmare. The tip of the tube, as well as the entire tube, quickly becomes clogged. We recommend the glue, but get the brush on or use a different dispenser after sticking a safety pin down the tube twice and the glue exploded out the top all over my hand.
That includes myself! It's a great product that works and sticks. I wouldn't recommend doing this at home, but I've done it a few times for semi-professional purposes. To avoid stitches, make deep cuts. I'm not scarred, but it keeps me together. The only flaw is that Because it dries out quickly after being opened, a large portion of the product is wasted; however, this is true of all super glues.
Seriously, it works well, but the glue packaging is inadequate, and the glue tends to dry up in the bottle after a single use.
I ordered the multipack because if you don't have multiple projects to work on at the same time, one of the containers will glue itself/cap together if left unused for a long time. I've repaired several items that my family was about to throw away. For me, it's a win-win situation. Do not get it on your skin because it dries quickly. (Even though the directions state it very clearly, I had to learn the hard way. ).
