In a curious turn of events, I chose this one because of the bags, as other ones were the same price but without them. * Br>It appears to be a smaller version of a 42 Oz model, not true 42 Oz.
This is a great investment! It is a fabulous product! We have a little business making and selling homemade soaps. It is always a fun and enjoyable experience to use silicone moulds because they are so efficient, effective, and easy to use! say without a doubt that this item was worth every penny spent and creates a rapid return on investment. In order to help out the local homeless community, we donate soaps made using these molds. Using all natural soaps, glycerin and goat's milk, silicone makes soaps easy to use and simple to clean, making housekeeping a breeze. I love my job, I love my hobby and I love my lifestyle.
My first impression of this product was that it was smaller than I expected, but it worked fine anyway.
A few moulds I purchased are for those who are new to soap making. Molds are okay in terms of size, but they are a bit small so for a beginner, that is not a terrible thing. My only wish is that the straight cutter are also made of metal instead of plastic, as the metal cutter came with the package. The metal wave cutter is the only one I have used so far. As of so far, I have used only the melt pour method, which is really straightforward. I must practice the cold-pressed method to get the hang of it. If I master the art of making cold pressed soap, I may purchase some that are a bit larger later on. My small soaps were pretty square so I bought some from a craft store. Since the plastic wrap wasn't useful since you couldn't push the soap in it and it left marks all over the outside bag, I ended up purchasing some from a craft store and they worked quite well.
Beginners will find this to be a great guide. The silicone mold is of good quality. When you are trying to get the mold out of the box for the first 5 or so times, you must be patient. Ensures that the job is.
I just recently started my own soap business, and this starter kit was just what I needed to get things off the ground. My sincere thanks go out to you.
The set of soap molds I purchased is great for me since I am a newbie. To shape the silicone mold, you need the wood box. This way, you can cut out different shapes of soap with the knives, and you can wrap the bag with soap, with a final step.
It turns out two of the wooden molds I received had a crack in a corner, but they still function, so I didn't bother to return them. We have a wavy cutter that we can use. It seems pointless to me to use the plastic cutter. You can shrink wrap any soap you make in this mold as long as the soap is flat. I didn't expect it to be as skinny as it is. It seems the width is a tiny bit smaller than I expected, but I still get ten bars. Due to their poor packing, the shrink wrap envelopes broke open during shipping, so I had to gather them up and put them back in their damaged package. Have not yet tried to use them. The soaps I make contain toppings, so I'm not sure if the soaps The silicone is of good quality, however, the corners turn white when unmolding the soap so no cracks or tears are present.
