This allowed me to make cold pressed soap. I used the molds from my local craft store Micheals for a while before trying them out at home. The new molds, however, are a little more appealing to me. My soap seems to have a slightly better shape thanks to them. Despite being difficult to remove from the wood part, I think I will spray paint it with some kind of clear paint after all. I am careful never to get splinters from raw wood, so I want to spray paint the wood with some kind of clear paint. In the process of investigating it. Nonetheless, these molds still deserve my recommendation. Overall, I think I get about 12 bars for the price. I can sell about 10 of them and they are pretty nice.

The second update is as follows It was nice of the seller to handle my complaint in such a manner. I have gotten replacement molds, but they have the same issue as before. There is a problem with the fit. You will see a bulge in your soaps. Adding one star for customer service, but I wish folks knew what to expect. Buy four of these for $35 and suffer with the bulge, or buy one from Nurture Soaps for $80 and have your soaps come out perfect. (To be broke or not to be?) It is this question that must be answered. It's not easy to get the silicone liner to fit into the wood mold perfectly. One edge of my soaps came out bowed. A seller didn't respond to my email, so I emailed them again. My review will be updated if I can get a replacement without packing it back up for return. Keep an eye out for buyers! The first review was as follows I think this is terrific! (Before problems) Thanks. It is easy to get the silicone liners out of the molds since the wood molds are rather good in quality. I love how easy it is to clean my house. It's nice that there are extra zip baggies - Packaging that is immediately available. All in all, a great purchase!.

The concave base of these is great for beginners, but keep in mind that the size is probably smaller than you think. In my opinion, these are a good size, but you may find them tiny at first sight if you're used to seeing people on YouTube make soap in larger molds.

My soap mold kit has the parts I need to make my soaps bigger than what comes in the standard molds. Simple cutting is possible with the cutters. Then I could make larger sizes just as I had envisioned. This purchase has been very satisfactory to me.

After the soap has set and been in the mold for a while, you have some trouble getting it out, but once it is out, the silicone just slips off. My set has been with me for 6 months now and I love it.
