I simply use a thread that is doubled over. I wrap the wire tightly from end to end, overlapping it by two inches and gluing the end to keep it in place.

I don't think there's any reason why it shouldn't be done. It's a cotton-wrapped wire that's both waterproof and flexible.br> br>As a result, I'd wash by hand. Re- Allow to dry after aligning or adjusting the wire shape.
