Mine didn't crack because it didn't get too hot.
With this product, you can do it in a single pour.
Don't waste your money on this nonsense; instead, invest in a better brand. I squandered $32. This is a 00 wager.
You can't do it, to be honest. You'll need to stock up on disposables. Popsicle sticks and 30ml measuring cups are both inexpensive in bulk, and mixing cups are available in a variety of sizes at your local big grocery store. The 2 oz plastic cups and the 6 oz or 7 oz plastic cups are my favorites; the mixing cups are way too expensive on Amazon, and the popsicle sticks are significantly less expensive at Michael's.

I'm serious. Read the instructions on how to use this resin if you're a beginner resin artist. They're right there in the package, so it's not difficult. Don't whine about how the resin didn't meet your expectations because it took 5 hours to set or that it got everywhere because you didn't wear gloves, etc. br>br>All you have to do now is read the instructions. The resin and hardener are both included in the kit. You have to use them in a 1: 1 ratio. In order for them to function properly, they must have a one-to-one ratio. In addition, you must be in the proper setting. Gloves, a few pipettes, plastic cylinders of various sizes for mixing, a scraper, and silicone or rubber stirring sticks are also included in the kit. It also comes with sandpaper, which you can use to, well, sand your finished project; however, soft resin projects cannot be sanded. It also comes with INSTRUCTIONS that are pretty freaking easy to follow. br>br>I've attached some photos of the projects I worked on. They weren't difficult, but they weren't perfect either. br>br>I noticed some complaints about the resin smelling strange, but it's essentially a chemical art project, so I'm not sure what you were expecting. This resin has a very low odor to it. I mean, while I was working, I barely noticed it. So, your mileage may vary, but it's not that bad. br>br>I also noticed some complaints about the resin turning yellow or yellowing over time, or being cloudy. You'll be able to see what I'm talking about - in the guidelines - Resin's behavior will change as it is exposed to different environments. It's usually fine to use; just do some research first. I understand how difficult that is for some of you, but you can do it. br>br>Overall, a good product that does what it says it will and is actually quite useful for beginners. Take a chance.
Larger sizes should be available! For my wife's resin projects, I had to order this. She claims that it is the best reason available on the market. This resin, in my opinion, sets harder, is clearer, and performs better in general than the others she tried. The only criticism is that larger bottles should be available.
This is the new way I'm going to do things. for the purpose of crafting with resin Unlike other resins I've used in the past, I don't get a yellow tint when using this one.
This product worked well on tiles as well as canvas. This is my first time using this brand, and I'm very dissatisfied with how it responded to my artwork. Despite the fact that I didn't use silicone in my paints, the resin separated in large blotches across the entire surface of both the canvas and the tile; I've used other brands successfully before, so I'm not sure what went wrong. I'd appreciate it if someone could help me figure out what's causing this problem and how to fix it. br>At the time of use, the following conditions were present: 76 degrees Fahrenheit inside the house; all surfaces of items to be covered with resin were cleaned; used 1. 1 resin to resin ratio; After pouring the resin, I covered all of the items to protect them.
This item is extremely transparent! It cures crystal clear and hard; don't stir too quickly or bubbles will form. Even so, it's fantastic material!.
There is a slight odor to it, but I'm not bothered by it. It's a thicker resin that comes with benefits and drawbacks. I would buy this again, especially at this price, because it is well worth it.
However, because resin has so many applications, jewelry making is unlikely to be one of them. There was no odor, and the 1 to 1 ratio made mixing a breeze. After the initial mix, there were very few bubbles. I would strongly suggest it!.
It was exactly what I expected. My purchase has made me extremely happy!.
