There are points attached to it, yes.
Installation really only needs to be done once. The software you need may need to be customized The tool can be used to remove hundreds of points if you are a professional, however, if it is only a few points, you would only require a fine screwdriver (a screwdriver for small screws) and needle nose pliers.
In order for this tool to serve its purpose, push pins have to be pushed The first thing you need to do is slowly rip into the wood with a box cutter, then use this tool to push the push pins into the slot you just created, then start applying pressure.
You can see how big the package is by looking at the dimensions. Based on the thickness of the item and the size and length of the cardboard backing, the packaging density is calculated.

It's easy to use, but it doesn't do a complete job of pushing the points. You can see the amount of space that will remain between the vertical part of the point and the frame by looking at the metal part.
Although this tool works fine, it does not do a very good job of holding the diamond-shaped points in place, which is probably why I bought it in the first place. While I really want to be holding the opposite side of the wood frame that I am pushing the point into so that it doesn't crack because of the pressure I am applying to it, I wind up holding the points in place with one hand and pushing with the tool with the other.
As I see it, this is the only tool that seems to be able to handle the task. I'd guess there aren't many others because there's no way to really improve upon it. The item is well made and it would be nice if you could get it in more colors Be sure to pack a second one just in case.
It works well. It had extra push pins I didn't know about.
For my hobbies and projects, this tool will be useful and will make them easier and faster to do now. Thank you so much.
The program does exactly as it's designed to!.
Does the job well. All was well. I put the points in a frame, which covered an embroidered clock face I made some 40 years ago with glass. Since the wood in the frame was soft, I was able to push the point into place and to adjust the points by hand. But you need to be patient and careful in order to do so This is due to the fact that you are working with glass that can break or.
It will be very easy to attach the pushpin to the glass with this tool. Some people use putty knives, screwdrivers, and other chisel type tools and end up breaking the glass or improperly attaching the pushpins. It may not be something you use all the time, but if you need to use it, this is a great option.
