Is it possible to reduce the size of sections?

Sections of the Nielsen Bainbrige Metal Frame Kits can be sawed down, then sanded to smooth the cut, remove any burrs formed by the saw blade, and ensure a smooth seam between assembled sections. Because the sections are made of aluminum, cutting them down may be difficult, but it is doable.
