A perfect ruler you've never seen before! It is a ruler that I absolutely love
5/5

The second one is actually my daughter's, since I gave my first one to her when she became interested in it. A standard ruler is located on one edge, and on the other edge, there is a center 0 with inches listed on either side so you can line up the center of what you are working with. You may also. One of the biggest advantages. THERE IS NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. You can see through it to measure what you are doing. Y'all are not done just yet, because the entire ruler is grid-lined to guarantee even lines across the board. You must wait. There is still work to do. In addition, one side of the ruler has tiny holes every 1/8th of an inch, and the other side does not have any holes at all. This product is perfect for poking holes in shirts to give them a stitched appearance! Here are fewer words to describe all of this. IT IS THE MOST PERFECT RULER EVAR! It is the opinion of a serious crafter that these comments are made.

For paper and other projects, this ruler is very useful Those who craft
4/5

One of my favorite things about this ruler is its grid markings of 1/8". There are other rulers that go down to a 14” A few tiny holes spaced every 1/8" on this paper are also on it for piercing paper. Honestly, I don't use those, but they are a nice feature that also serves as a Moreover, the case is made from thick material, so it doesn't seem at all fragile. I think it will take a little determination to break out of There is one downside, though - I find the 1" interval markings to be too thick (aproximately 1/32" or 1mm thick). It is more comfortable for me to mark with thinner lines than with pencil. It would be nice if they were at least as thin as 1/4" marks. A few additional things that I would like are etched markings rather than I am a little worried that they might rub off as they are heavily used and cleaned repeatedly. I can't say for certain this printing will not last (I've only used it for a few days), so I won't worry too much about the price. Either way, etching might be prohibitive, and I can't say for sure this printing will last. In addition, the markings may not be completely accurate. (Comparing to steel ruler I have etched), one of the edges of each inch is off, adding up roughly to 1/32" over 10". Printing is likely to be to blame. With paper crafts, this isn't too big a problem, but given the price, it and the thick markings are enough to give it a lower rating.

I like it, but it does not live up to expectations
3/5

It has some things that I like and some things that I dislike about it. That it is acrylic and that it has a center is appealing to me. I expected a metal edge, but it doesn't have one. There is another reviewer who says there is, so I am not sure if we received two different items. In the end, I wanted one with a metal edge to use with a knife that would shave off pieces of the ruler. With this one, the knife ends up shaving small pieces off as well. If it had had a metal edge, I would have been perfect.

There is only one ruler who can rule them all
5/5

Here are some of the amazing features of this crystal ruler This is the first point. This is a flat piece of paper, so you can clearly see the measurement lines and what is underneath. I have no idea where I have learned to do that. A measurement can be made from the center or from the end, one side starts from zero in the center, the other side starts from the The 3rd item is In which case. i. e. , either all the measurement lines on BOTH sides match up or all the measurement lines are parallel. I beg to differ. It doesn't matter what the margin is at the start. You just put the ruler up against the edge and measure. In addition to those benefits, This ruler is perfect for crafting since it has a metal edge you can use with a utility knife* * * Since all we need to measure is inches, there is no need to add the mm to this. This comes across as a selling point to me rather than a detractor, since I need to measure 99% of my items in inches. It has so many great features, I cannot boast enough about it! There have been three other ones on my work table replaced by this one.

In my craft room, it is the best ruler
5/5

It had never occurred to me that I needed any more rulers in my craft room, but I am very happy with the one I purchased. I, for one, like the fact that it's clear so I can lay it over whatever is being measured and see it clearly. Besides making it easy to align the papers and ensure that they are straight, it makes it easy to line them up. And, finally, you won't end up cutting your ruler with this ruler, as it has a metal edge. When I need it the most, I turn to it.

The second time's the charm! The ruler is excellent for finding the center even when the markings are still on it
5/5

I accidentally cleaned the first one I purchased with plastic cleaner & it did not work as well as I initially expected. Measurements were cleared away as soon as they were taken. What a dreadful mistake! In addition, I noticed that close to the time I took it out of the package, the wire edge came However, I was never really in need of In spite of that, it looks like it would be a great ruler for card makers, so I may have to try it again. In the future, I'll be more careful with cleaning if I have to *Note that it would be nice if the measurements were etched into the ruler rather than printed on it.

This ruler has great markings and a metal edge that makes it very useful
5/5

A small printing business of signs and shirts is run by me. I have my X-ray next to my X-ray I find this knife to be the most useful tool in my arsenal. A 36" and 54" aluminum straight edge ruler is available for me. Those are great tools, but I prefer a Tim Holtz ruler for smaller items. Those are two of the best features of this ruler being clear and having multiple markings. It is very easy to line things up because of the markings. It is also great how the edge is made from metal. In order to use the knife with the ruler, it must be attached to the ruler. The X-mark is on the opposite side of the cut that I was supposed to use Plastic would be buried by the act blade. By using the metal edge, this problem is solved. Although I was concerned the lines would fade away after heavy use, there are no signs that the lines have worn off. The ruler is the best tool if you need to do intricate work. They don't make bigger ones, and that is all I have to complain about!.

What's the point of being so in love with When it comes to papercrafting and cardmaking, this is one of teh tools I keep fairly handy
5/5

This ruler is lightweight, sturdy and easy to read it comes with a useful centering feature and I particularly like the metal edge I can use with a craft knife. This ensures that my cuts are straight, and it protects the ruler, as well. The design is amazing, and I'm pleased with my purchase.
