Aluminum is the main material used in the ruler. On one side of it are finger guards and steel points that are particularly useful when using a utility knife or a rotary cutter to cut with. A regular ruler is on one side and the steel-edged one is on the other.
In order to use a stainless steel ruler, you need food grade stainless steel.

Probably from a height of 38 inches or so, and on carpet tiles for a carpeted concert floor, and not directly on a hard When I discovered the insert fell out of my brand new $20 ruler, I was quite upset. As I sat shaking my head, I began to then think, well that shouldn't have happened. I had to use some very expensive two-inch steel nails to fix it The ruler can now be bent in half without the insert popping out after my repair. I am certain you will be able to bend this ruler in half and it WILL work as expected!
Now fast forward to today (4/27/21), when the steel cutting insert that was inserted into the 18" ruler started coming out as well. A few seconds later, I cut a piece, picked it up, and placed it beside my workspace. I also saw the ruler hit my table at that very moment it popped out of place. As you can see in the attached image, the 18" ruler has failed. It would have been nice to have these rulers been of a higher quality for the price.
Guess I'll be repairing another brand new rule later today have to fix these yourself sooner rather than later.
Having purchased two of these rulers, a 30" and an 18", I now have four. I was pleased with the 18" ruler, but I received the 30" ruler with the steel cutting guide completely out of its Eventually it came out again even though I managed to glue it back in. It is such a shame because I was really fond of.
It is a solid product that protects my fingers, but my new one has a metal edge that my old one did not, which makes it harder to align to cut precisely. It is precisely for this reason that I prefer my older 24 inch. I gave it three stars instead of five because it still does the job.
Having used one of the cheaper stainless steel rulers without any non-stick coating, I decided to purchase this one instead The backing allows for slippage. There have been several injuries caused by the cheaper rules (they have pointy edges and lots of ridges). The Industrial Design rule is a great guidance for A tool such as an Xacto knife with a cutting edge allows you to easily use it without damaging your tool In addition, the ruler has an ergonomic shape that lets you grip it easily. Honestly, I think this is one of the most expensive rulers I have ever bought, but the quality is excellent. I put it down to getting what I pay for A broke student like myself would really like it if it fit their.
It was recommended to me by a graduate assistant in my architecture studio that I purchase this ruler. As a result, I am pleasantly surprised by how little movement and confidence the ruler gives me when working with foam. A core for Bristol A variety of materials are used including museum board, foam, and board. This item is very well made, exactly like the picture and description.
It's a great pair of shoes. I have more than one in different lengths. The cut guides made of steel reinforced are a bonus. The text is easy to follow. There is only one thing I wish they made for them a trammel set.
" A thick metal 18 inch bracelet that feels great in the hand. Everyone comments on how nice.
A ruler, or straight edge, that I have ever used is the best. My x-rays are very important to me My act knife has served me well for a long time, and I paid full price for it. I am not affiliated with this company in any way.
