As far as I am concerned, it was fantastic. However, there are a few issues I am unable to deal with. Unfortunatley, for some reason, I really need a good manual, or a website for the company, or even a company where I can find the information. It does not have instructions on how to set it up properly. A few dozen cuts and you find out that the clamp is out of adjustment. The safety mechanism is now broken, the plate wobbles too much and the pin is bent. With the long arm, you get lots of torque without realizing The process of removing it from the wall isn't exactly the safest, but if you have to adjust the clamp, the unit's weight (40+ pounds) is a problem. This means that even without a safety catch (the pin can't be replaced), it works still Cutting is very tight, so you have to make an effort to lower it. As I don't have instructions, I still can't figure out how to replace the plastic piece that the cutter lands on, I think they call it a file (don't understand In addition to the machine's long arm's torque, I have fed it a stack of documents and it easily cut through them. I find that the bigger the stack, the better the cutting and cleaner it is. It only has a few issues, namely the lack of a good manual and a bad safety, I didn't realize it was messed up until.

It was so amazing to find that I was able to cut 500 pages of 250 sheets. Straight to the point. It is not precise and leaves a gap after a month of use.

After using it, I noticed that the clamp was not straight. I'm not sure why it happened or if it was my fault. It creates unwanted folds on the paper in some cases. Because of this unreliable service, my star has been reduced to 1.

It sounds like I wasn't using enough paper AND also not tightening the clamp enough! I tried a little more with it and realized the main problem was not using enough paper and not tightening the clamp enough. The first thing I thought would break is if I tightened it too much, but it is necessary to tighten it to get a good cut. It was easy for me to distinguish the two! yes, the cutter works great for thick stacks, as long as the clamp is tight! I can't believe how smooth the cut is. You can't even tell which side of the file you cut
First A problem arises when there are no instructions on how to begin. I'll try to come up with an amusing video if there is someone from the company who can do Then, when I try to cut a stack, it leaves all these indentations in the paper that I cannot remove.

You should also be careful cutting things with a knife because blades chip easily. It's a big and heavy thing! The binding on my textbooks would have been easier to cut off if I had had this sooner.
