Replaceable blades are available for about half the price or less, or you can have the blade sharpened professionally.
No, these are not the same thing. There is a curve in the blade of the Swingline. Additionally, it is much smaller than before.
A guillotine cutter manufactured by Swingline (R) Corp. is called an Ingento (tm) cutter. There are differences between the MT and the HFS trimmer in that it uses a curved blade like a scimitar, unlike the HFS blade. Depending on how much modification you have to make to the cutter and blade, it might not In my opinion, the trouble wouldn't be worth it. It is interesting to note that "Ingento", (the Latin dative or ablative of "ingentus") would mean for, at, from or in the giant or the great one. The Italian word for substantial is "ingenti", which I believe means "big".

There might be nobody on earth who has more experience with this style of paper cutter than I do. Think about the cutting mechanism of this cutter and all similar ones to understand why they don't cut straight. In essence, this is a horizontal arm that has a blade on the left end and a handle on the right end. In this mechanism, the structure that holds it in place isn't 100% rigid, so when you pull down on the handle (on the right), it causes the whole mechanism to rotate a little clockwise. When the blades are rotated clockwise, they cut at around a 180 degree angle. In place of the intended 180 degree angle, there is a 25 degree Those sheets will be shorter because the paper at the bottom of the stack experiences the effects of the angled cut more than the papers at the top of the stack. It is possible to minimize the problem by cutting thinner stacks. Having sharper blades also helps you reduce rotation because you do not have to apply as much pressure The torque is caused by this.
This paper cutter fits the ZENY 12" paper cutter! In this case, you have a blade length of 14 13. 5mm. In addition to my local knife sharpener, I had an O done at the local hardware store. However, it may not be as good as new. The replacement blade was out of stock, so I went hunting for one. The replacement blade that came with my ZENY 12" paper cutter proved difficult to find. Even though I wasn't sure if it would work, I bought it anyway. That's not true! This fits a paper cutter with a diameter of 12" yet no one mentioned a 12" As it turns out, the length of my blade is actually 14 13/16". We didn't see any reviews about how it fits Zeny, and we didn't see the length of the blade mentioned. It had the same markings and space between the screw holes as the picture in the ad, so I took a picture. Thanks to you I was rewarded with a dress that fits and cuts just like new. Despite the fact that it comes very oily from the machining sharpening process, there is no bad to say about it. Prior to installation, you will need to clean the blade. There is a slight angle in the blade that is noticeable at 200 sheets or more, but let's face it, all cheap paper cutters are like that. 4 stars for the overall performance!.
The replacement blade did not come with any instructions, and it is not obvious how to replace the old one with the new one. This is not the biggest problem the bigger problem is the blade quality. The blade has already become dull even after only two months of light use, cutting up to 80 pages of book paper, every now and then. The price of this low-end item on Amazon shouldn't be this low The product is of high quality.
The instructions are simple, but it is best to think slowly and wear gloves when you are installing. Paper cutter of the highest quality!.
It came in a sturdy Packaged in waxed paper and inside a cardboard mailing tube, the blade was oiled. Everything seems to be in good working order I am ready to replace the blade next time my 12" HFS paper cutter gets dull.
It is not clear how or why the quality of this blade has declined, but I have used it for paper for only three weeks and can no longer cut through it.
The replacement blades for our stack trimmers have been ordered. I found it to be very easy to install and it works wonderfully.
I am very impressed with how sharp this blade is.
