Are these compatible with the SmartCut A400Pro cutters, or with AccuCut's A400Pro cutters?

I have a SmartCut and these fit perfectly. In the top part of the cutter, you'll find the item number 9212RB for the replacement blade. You may additionally find it helpful to tape the extra blades to the bottom of the cutter when you buy new ones so you won't need to remember where you put them when you need it

These are intended to work with the Because I see them as smaller, am I supposed to get the smaller ones?

These Blades match my Accucut A400 Pro to the T. They are perfect. There has to be a blade cartridge for you. The one you need should be the first one at the top of the Amazon search results when you type in "swingline 8913rb replacement blade" on the search window. A $10 bill.

My apologies, I don't have any information. It would be a wise move for you to ask Swingline, they manufacture the cutter as well as the blade.

There is a problem with the packaging

The packaging was inside a big box with another item when I received this product. There was an open and loose package in the box of this product. Under the flap of the box I only found one blade under the flap of the box, when it should contain two. I've asked Amazon to send me another blade. Because returning a small item is too much hassle, I am not returning it. As far as I can tell, there is no option for Amazon to just send me another blade and it is a nightmare to find an email address to contact support. It is my hope that this will work.

The parts do what they're supposed to do, they're not too fragile, and you can still get them for a 15-year-old Swingline paper cutter.

I walked through the stores looking for them but they weren't there. I am very satisfied with the performance of these blades. As they come in a pack of two, they are just under 5 bucks a blade when added to an order over $35 and free shipping is included.
