Apart from some instructions for a couple of items that aren't in English, there's nothing that indicates it's from China. It's a large kit with almost everything you'll need to make a variety of projects, and it's very reasonably priced.
I can't offer much assistance because I don't quill. The kit was purchased as a present. Border buddies (or dowels of various sizes), according to a book. They're tools for making paper rings or collars that can be filled with quilling shapes or beehive swirls of various sizes. The instructions state: 1. After the first loop, wrap a paper strip around the border tool and glue it in place. Wrap the remaining length of paper around the tool and gently slide the loops off. Pull the end of the border shape to tighten it, then glue it in place. The tree shape comes in a variety of sizes, allowing you to select the size that best suits your needs. It's difficult to comprehend without seeing the illustrations, which I've seen in various instruction manuals. After you've created the desired circle, you'll need to fill it with other shapes.
To be honest, there are a lot of YouTube videos that can assist you. I've had mine for over 6 months and have never had to refer to any instructions. This kit contains everything you will need to make about 90%. If you give it a try, you'll wonder why you waited so long to learn how to quill.
I've learned more about quilling tools from youtube or the internet than I would've learned from a broken english translation they would've provided anyway. Many great quillers have YouTube videos that can teach you step by step how to do what they do.

Omg ! Wow, what a collection! It's equipped with everything you'll require! If you're new to quilling, this is a great place to start. The stencels/patterns are also great because they have the shapes and where they should go, not just directions - it's a great kit at a great price. Check out the photos. I also adore the colors and the way they're laid out. I'm looking forward to doing some quilling.
I wasn't sure if I'd like it at first, but it came with everything I needed to get started, as well as a good selection of paper and tools. I bought this kit after watching a few YouTube videos and was able to make my first piece with several different types of flowers and a design. It's a good deal. Now that I've added photos, you'll be able to tell which ones were mine and which ones were part of my pattern. (It's worth noting that this was my first and I did it on a 9x9, so it's not as large. ) I'm not sure I'd buy it again for myself just because it came with all the tools, but I would buy it as a Christmas present for my two nieces, ages 8 and 9, because I think they'd enjoy it.
Although there are no instructions, at least not in English, I am overjoyed with the kit itself. I went to the library and checked out a few books as well as some videos. With that, I went after it, and I'm completely satisfied. All you'll need is a bottle of Elmer's glue, some card stock, and this kit, and you'll be ready to go.
For more than 60 years, I've been quilling. This is an excellent collection of everything you'll ever need to quill. When I first started quilling, there were very few commercially available tools, so I made most of them. This kit includes a large number of paper strips, tools, and storage options. The glue was the only thing that was missing. In December, I plan to purchase at least two more Kits as Christmas gifts.

While I despise having to buy replacements for lost items, I'm glad I did. This contained everything I had previously assembled on my own, as well as a great deal more. br>br>It does not include an instruction booklet - You can do this using the internet and YouTube. It does, however, come with every quilling tool I've ever seen, including a few that I had to go look up how to use. It does, however, include some lovely pictures that you can quill over and then frame. Because these aren't standard US sizes, they'll need to be trimmed before they can be framed. br>br>I also like that it all fits in one box (OK, I admit that I couldn't fit it all back in; I had to separate the paper quills and store them separately because I couldn't Tetris it all back inside the box!). But that's okay because I like to straighten out my quills by hanging them with hooks and binder clips. ) All of the tools, boards, and other items are kept in a transparent plastic container that is easy to see through. And because the dimensions are standard in America, I was able to stack it on top of my storage box for cross-country travel. Kits for stitching br>br>Overall, I'm pleased with the kit and glad I finally gave in and purchased the replacement. (And yes, I did find my missing kit about a week after finally succumbing and purchasing this one. ) Even after finding my own kit, I don't regret buying this kit because it was in a drawer that I swear I checked at least twice. This one has a lot of features that mine didn't, and buying it in bulk was less expensive than buying it separately.
Young and old, and everyone in between, will have a good time! This kit comes with everything you'll need except the glue, which I simply added to your order, so there's no need to worry! My biggest challenge is deciding which design to tackle first; the plastic case is a huge plus, as it allows me to keep everything organized and at hand. Unfortunately, one of the fasteners on my case was broken, but I was unable to return it because I was unable to get out, so I've been dealing with it as is. I'll try calling to see if they can send me another one, but it's possible that too much time has passed; we'll see! This quilling kit is fantastic; it's a lot of fun! ✌😊.
This is a great place to begin. It comes with the majority (and most importantly) of the tools you'll need to figure out if you'll enjoy the craft. It allows you to complete 90 of the patterns on the market. However, it would have been nice if they could have included a few patterns or links to sites with free patterns so that people could get a better understanding of how everything works. With what I had on hand, I was able to find and create a number of projects, as well as enough paper to make many more. This was an excellent purchase.
I'd always wanted to try my hand at paper quilling, and I'm glad I finally did. Everything you'll need to get started is included in this package. I adore the fact that you can create almost any design you want. It appeals to me. If you're on the fence about trying it, go ahead and do it! The instructions are a little wonky, but YouTube is always a good place to experiment.
