Questions & Answers

Is it a matte or a glossy finish on these?

Our teflon sheets are well protected, as you can see. Under the light, it has a gleaming appearance. If you bring it inside, the luster will fade over time, but the texture will not be affected. It is of a high standard.

Is it possible to use this with an iron and embroider?

I don't see why not, as long as you use an ironing board or a pressing mat to keep the heat in. These are what I use for applique to keep adhesives off of my board and iron.

Does this teflon paper have a textured or smooth surface?

They have a smooth texture and a small square weave to them, which I really like.

How many times can one Teflon sheet be used per heat in a heat press?

I'm not sure, but I've used my sheet a lot and haven't had any problems so far; I like them.

I expected these to be similar to the ss shovan brand ones I purchased in February. They have a coffee color that is closer to that of a cream. I prefer the lighter color because I use them as papercraft work surfaces. The images are deceiving. br>br>As far as baking or heat press sheets go, I'm sure it doesn't matter.

We use teflon for sublimation printing because it is extremely durable. It's a little thick, so keep that in mind if you're going to use it for printing. That means you'll have to keep the heat on it for a little longer.

If you're appliqueing with mistyfuse, this is a must! I do a lot of appliqué with fusible, and any residue just wipes right off the sheet! This is also what I use with my heat press to keep both the press and the shirts safe! This is an excellent item
