I am impressed with its durability and it does not tear easily. However, it isn't A crochet hook of number 6 or larger works for me. In order to steam my work, I used an iron after I finished my work. As soon as my iron reached high steam, I steamed the bag to relax the fabric. With the steam, I actually softened the crocheted fabric and sewed on cotton web handles to go with it. I prefer it over the rayon/raffia ribbon because of its texture, hand, color, and stiffness. It is better suited for bag making when it comes to paper raffia. When I carry my bags, I have received complaints from several women.
A raffia-like material. There are no tears in it.
I used mine to fill balloons and wrap presents for a birthday party
I have no idea, but the chances are very slim. Gifts and gift baskets are my only uses for this ornament, is like making

In the end, I crocheted a bag for my daughter using this product. She is very happy with the result. The bag is strong I was concerned it might break easily, but I have used it several times with The server is not overloaded by me, of course.
Product is nice but you should be aware that it is paper ribbon, not 100% raffia. As I recall, I neglected to take that into account when purchasing. I apologize for my mistake. Even though it was nice, my reason for giving it two stars (and why I would never buy it again in the future) was because it came What's the reason? Spools of cardboard are typically used to package raffia type products. There is no need for that kind of packaging in my life. I am trying to reduce excess plastic and packaging in my life. In crocheting a beach tote/handbag basket using this paper ribbon, I am creating an authentic look that matches my inspiration. It has a pretty warm color, a supple but slightly stiff feel, and is This is different than Matte Rayon Raffia, which is a bit too soft for what I need. If crocheted, knitted or woven into a weave, this paper raffia has a nice weight that is between that of a basket and that of a You can order more from me! It is also very reasonably priced.
Raffia paper is a great material. We have been able to tie packages and boxes so far without it ripping. It is unfortunately the same paper raffia as Michael's and it is terribly disappointing. I love this ribbon so much that I tear it almost every time. I bought the red shiny ribbon from Amazon. It's nice when combined with a shiny ribbon. It was great to see everyone's presents.
The green tone of this green is nice and bright. I can get double the yardage out of Whaline at the same price as my other choice I love the brand of raffia I use for premium gift wrap. The only thing I wish the company offered more colors was this.
I was searching for exactly this! Ribbon was needed to wrap over 100 boxes for favors at a rustic wedding, and this was ideal. I had enough to wrap over 100 4"x6" boxes, and there was still I was able to tie it easily due to the fact that the material was sturdy, yet pliable. I really like this product.
Originally, I thought the jute would degrade more rapidly than the raffia. Not a chance. As a result, I have to use this to tie down plants that I want to be anchored for a long time and jute to tie down plants that I want Moreover, it is one of the best deals around. I found this to be a great product for my needs. This is a very strong product. The edges are too sharp to rip A pair of scissors is needed.
