There is no such thing as a flat ribbon, and it is more cord-like. It resembles a ribbon that I have never curled before. In addition to making cords for braiding ply splits, I also use it to make cords for ply splits.

As I recall, it is similar to raffia ribbon, the kind you would use on gifts or balloons. It is 1/4 or 3/8 inch wide

For the beach bag, the green ribbon and the flowers are attached to the bottom, as well as gold for the rest. Seeing gold in crochet may make it appear brownish because it loses its brilliance. Even so, it was a very nice effect. Using a 4, I converted it to a 5. The hook is 5 mm and the loop is 4 mm. The dice are rolled five times. As for the ribbon, it looks sturdy, but I will know more after I use the bag for a while. My next project will be to buy more.
In addition to its durability, the ribbon looked good. It wasn't clear to me how I was going tie the cards back on the bag that were backed with the second hardest colored card stock. It took me two attempts to get my first punch right. There were no red flags to indicate that the ribbon was fragile. I ended up pulling the ribbon into and out of the holes several times. It seems like a lot of ribbon would have ended up in the trash after the first or second time pulling it through the holes and tying and untying it. Thank you for such an amazing product. I actually don't have a picture yet, but I'll add it later. Thanks for a great product! I finally found which color ribbon I liked the best and it was durable enough to last a long time.
As stated in the description, this item is made in the USA with top quality materials and is non-toxic Although the product I received states it is made in China, a label on the box reads "toxic dyes". Although I've air dried it several times over several days, the chemical scent of the dye or whatever makes me dizzy and slightly headachey. I'm probably going to throw it out and try another brand rather than continue to try crocheting.
There is sure to be a difference between this and raffia. There is a lot of material on one spool! The only type of ribbon I use to gift wrap my customers' orders is Berwick matte paper ribbon. IMPERIAL RED is best described as an apple red that is bright, cheerful, and candy-like. I found it to be the perfect wrapping paper for Christmas gifts, although I would have preferred it to be deeper (just like a I loved it, but it was hard. It was a great gift wrapping for my Valentine's Day gifts. I will definitely order it again and again. My ONLY complaint is that the color of the image as seen online is different from the actual image in the following regards To the ribbon color as it appears on the ribbon. As an example, I had ordered Berwick "Olive" one year (I loved It was also lime/bright green olive color), and when I reordered it, it was the same color as the last one. Rather muted in color, it was sage in shade. A photo for Imperial Red is a little more orange than it is in reality. It's hard to find a more vivid, versatile red than Imperial Red.
The color of this green will be ideal for my fall craft projects. As well as being easy to use, it is very flexible. This is a sturdy piece, even though it's made out of paper.
The product has met my expectations and I would definitely buy it I like to purchase items like this online, but the quality and texture of the item are hard to discern in a photo, and I value quality over every other aspect. It's not easy for me to return things, which is why I usually just eat the cost of products I was truly glad that this was the right choice for me! This was the first raffia I bought at a craft store. I bought another similar ribbon at a craft store, but I loved this one. Since it has more consistency in texture and width, as well as a higher quality look.
I use raffia as a ribbon to tie a box and place it in my online shop as a gift. Natural and biodegradable is what I was looking for Excess plastic waste in our waterways is not something I like. That the quality is higher and the cost is the same as what I used to be able to get is a bonus.
A question I asked about the durability of this raffia in a front door wreath received numerous responses. Thank you all for sharing your thoughts. If anyone else is interested, I placed a piece of the raffia in a cup of water for a few hours and it did not lose its color or texture, so I'm assuming that it is suitable for an outdoor decoration, too.
