The listing says it is Raffia, but the title should state that it is not Decorative Raffia Paper) but in fact is a piece of plastic that has been scrunched up to appear like raffia. I bought it as a gift for a baby's birthday celebration, but I should have read carefully before purchasing as this product is a choking hazard. My fault for not reading the product brief As a result, I am equating the item with 3 stars since plastic is not in the title of the item. Moreover, the spool is torn with the tape held on by the spool. When removed, the tape tears the raffia, and thus the first ring of it is torn away.
I am pleased to see these new colors after consuming my previous purchases. They look good, too! The colors match those in the photos and the Raffia is durable.

The color I ordered is cobalt blue, but I have received royal blue instead.

Have you ever noticed those white plastic bags at the grocery store that they use to wrap Similar to that stuff both in appearance and in feel. The first flower I made for my wedding included a grocery sack. Upon seeing that, my son asked if I made it out of an old grocery bag. I was not quite sure what I was trying to achieve. There was a vision I had in mind, that it might be thicker or matte, or even a There seems to be a lot of cheapness in this. While not awful, I don't think it meets my expectations, and I can probably use it in some way.
