The inks aren't familiar to me so it's hard for me to say. I feel like this paper is "slick" because of how it feels. It reminds me of photo paper, if that makes sense. As far as I'm concerned, StazOn would work fine.
While I'm not sure of its exact weight, I can tell you that it's I like the paper because it's heavy and sturdy. The following is an undeniable attempt to be as precise as possible

Sadly, I didn't find my unused stack of this cardstock, but it had a metallic finish on one side only. The description mentioned that it was spendable, so the non-spendable side must have been one side only. When a metallic is embossed and distressed, the metal will show through. It's hard to pick a favorite Tim thing.

A beautiful piece of work. You can make the embellishments so much prettier when you use die cutters. Embossing looks gorgeous when done this way. All Tim Holtz products are amazing, and the price is reasonable for paper of such good quality. This paper is just perfect in every way.
