It is a roll of paper. As stated in the advertisement. It's got everything a roll of paper could possibly need.
For backing and sealing framed artwork, we use a lot of craft paper. We use double-sided framing tape to secure the paper. This piece of paper is not going to stick to the wall. Trying to secure the certificate to the back of the art (on this paper) with a high quality acid free tape, it comes loose within hours. When there's tape involved, it's pointless.
This is a nice thick matte black wrapping paper that is flexible enough to wrap around a gift. The roll is enormous, and it should be able to handle all of this year's gifts, as well as birthday gifts, for the next 12 months.
This year for Christmas, I used this paper to make Snowman packages for my grandchildren. They were a big hit with the kids, who were overjoyed to receive their snowman gifts. The paper is sturdy and didn't rip when I used it.

liner. For an art camp that I ran, I used this paper to line the tables. Spilled water, tempera paint, and papier-mâché were all no match for it. Slime, mache. . . You name it, and it's there. Extremely long lasting. It does not tear on its own. I taped the paper to the underside of the tables with clear packing tape, and the paper did not rip when I removed the tape. I purchased two rolls to use in the wrapping of Christmas presents. I was under the impression that I'd require both. However, even after wrapping all of the gifts, I still have a lot of the first roll left. I'm not even going to use the second one. I'm trying to decide whether to return it or use it as wallpaper in my dining room. I think I'll be able to finish the accent wall in my dining room with the first roll.
