If you had asked me before, I would have said no, but now that you mention it, it's harder to say. In this case, both the paper and the marker sink into the paper, so it's not waxy enough to prevent that, but I wouldn't have noticed there might be one without you asking. You won't see shine or anything like that on a card stock. What is the reason behind your question? Could you please let me know what I can do to test the system or give you more specific details?

I am holding a very thin sheet of Although it is not more expensive than others, if you're seeking the weight of construction paper that you grew up with, this is probably not the choice. Since my daughter is still too young to notice, she will not be affected for now.
Although I have not opened it yet, I washed it down with Clorox after I opened it thanks to COVID 19, but I like that it comes wrapped in plastic so it won't be damaged completely. It gives my little one the freedom to burn through the project paper as quickly as she likes and I don't have to worry about saving all the half-sheets.
A good piece of writing. It is not paper that is so thin that it is cardboard thin, but it also is not super thick. As far as coloring in goes, it works for everything. I have used it for several projects.
Ink jet paper has a much wider range of colors, but is nearly as thin. Construction paper does not seem to last as well as I remember it.
Our supply of construction paper ran out, and this made it possible to make simple crafts for the kids. The value for money was good.
