The tool had no bristles on the brush part and was missing the small picker tool that was supposed to come with it, so I bought it at a discount because it was described as new but the packaging was not perfect. In the box with the item, there were paper die-cut pieces. I'd like to request that this item be replaced. I have carpal tunnel syndrome and believe that this tool would be very useful in cleaning up more intricate die cuts. br>I would give this 5 stars if I could.
I was hoping for a better-made product from Spellbinder. br>br>I adore this tool. I'm left with tiny bits of paper stuck to the die cut when cutting out intricate designs. This tool makes it a lot easier for me to get rid of them. The brush is ideal for covering large areas. Simply run the die across the paper to have it removed.
This device is largely ineffective. I had a piercing tool on hand that I could use to "poke" the small pieces out of the die. I hoped the brush would help things move along more quickly. Really, it's pointless. You can't hold the die and use the brush at the same time, and you can't put the die down because the brush will stop working. It wasn't at all what I had expected.
I had no idea how much I needed this tool until I received it. It's a must-have tool for removing die cuts from dies. The awl and the small brush tool are both extremely useful. I wish the pieces were more secure, so I don't think it'll ever be able to replace a real awl, but that brush is incredible. I'm overjoyed to have received it.
I can't believe I've been crafting for ten years and haven't used this tool. br> I saw someone use this in a tutorial, and it worked wonders for removing all of the intricate pieces from the die and paper. So I went to my neighborhood craft store to purchase it, but Amazon had it for half the price. It appeals to me.
This tool was purchased by my wife, and she claims it is particularly useful when using intricate dies. You can now remove the small pieces of paper that are stuck in the die. The brush also aids in the removal of any paper that has become stuck to the die without wrinkling it. She wished she'd found out about it sooner!.
This is the same tool used by some of the most well-known high-profile high-profile high-profile high-profile high-profile end craft icons uses on their website and in their kits, and it's about half the price of what you'd pay on those sites. It's a must if you're going to use "dies" in your craft work, i. e. for scrapbooking or making greeting cards.
The slanted pointer in particular. For double-sided tape, it's fantastic. Which I make frequent use of. I'm glad I purchased it. If I had to change anything, I'd add a cap to cover the pointed edge.
